The second drink at Tensho was Harushika by Imanishi Seibei Shoten.
Super dry this time!
This sushi restaurant seems to have an unchanging lineup of sake, and this Harushika was the last one I hadn't had here, so I tried it, even though it was super dry!
Recently, we have been drinking dry sake when we go out for drinks, and all of them are delicious, so we are looking forward to this one too!
Let's start with the first sip!
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, you can feel the spiciness from the traditional sake taste, but it is also refreshing.
It has a complex flavor, and after the taste finishes, the lingering aftertaste is also refreshingly rich and pungent.
The smooth mouthfeel is a perfect match for the flavor.
Although the impression is that it is dry, when served with a meal, you can also feel a deep sweetness, and this time it was again a super dry wine that was delicious!

Good evening, ma-ki😌.
I had a chance to drink it before and I was under the impression that it was quite easy to drink 😋.
It's also great with food 🍶.

Good morning, ma-ki-, and happy birthday to your wife. It's just wonderful to be able to celebrate at your favorite restaurant👍Harushika, it's hard to find a dry one, but it's a brand I would like to taste: ☺️

Thank you, Afio!
You used to drink it before 🤗.
It's really easy to drink despite the name "super dry" 😋.
As you said, it goes great with food, and both food and alcohol went well with it 😁✨.

Thank you, Mr. Studying!
It was a blissful day enjoying what my wife wanted to eat and do 😁✨✨.
I usually prefer sweet and savory dishes, but I've encountered a lot of them while out drinking 😋.
If you have a chance, please give it a try 😋😋!
