The third and last drink at Tensho was the same one I had the first time I visited Tensho, Hoshiru Yoru no Yume by Wakamiya Sake Brewery! The party is coming to an end! Let's have it right away! First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. The flavor and fruity taste in the mouth is good. It also has sweetness. From the mid-palate, bitterness takes over slightly, and the mouthfeel is clean and crisp. The lingering aftertaste is a soft bitterness that lingers for a while. Tonight's Tensho was also the most delicious and we had a blissful sake time together! The fourth picture is a cake we bought at a cake shop in Osaka station on the way home! At home, my wife brewed a cup of delicious coffee from freshly ground beans, and we enjoyed it together!
