Yesterday I took a vacation to coincide with my wife's day off.
After ordering sake online and picking it up at a liquor store in Morinomiya, I went for a walk to Tenmabashi, where many foreigners were sightseeing!
After that, I met up with my wife and had some body maintenance done, and then went to our favorite yakitori restaurant!
I'm going to preface this article as usual....
The first drink at our favorite Yakitori restaurant was Hanzo by Ota Shuzo!
This time it was hiyaoroshi!
The waitress told me that it might not be their specialty, and I thought to myself, "I didn't get the Urahan this year," but then I started to drink it!
First, the aroma. It has a sweet and fruity aroma.
Contrary to the aroma, it has a bitter taste in the mouth.
The taste is very mild.
It also has a rich and pungent taste, giving the impression that it has a lot of dry elements.
Even so, it is easy to drink with little stimulation, and the sweetness, which may or may not be there, is also good.
It has a good flavor and goes well with meals.
The third picture is the sake we received at a liquor store in Morinomiya.
I had learned about this sake at Sake-no-Wa and wanted to try it at home someday!
