Soil Specific Brewing] Yamanaka
Pine tree that is concerned with the terroir
Yamada-nishiki is a local variety that is as good as Hyogo's.
The rice is made from different soils.
The rice quality is also different due to the difference in soil.
This is a sake that can be tasted in each of the different types of rice.
Nice and calm ginjo aroma.
The entrance gives the impression of a melon
Refreshing blue image of sweetness
Born from well-drained soil
Jun Dai Yamanaka has a relatively light texture.
texture.
The fire-brewed Yumachi has been out for a while now, but this seems to be the first time for the raw version.
Purchased at an ostentatious liquor store in Dojima that has a cafe attached.
I don't see anyone posting about it at Sake-no-wa or on SNS, is this not circulating?
It was a little spicy when it was just out of the fridge, but as it warmed up, it had a sweetness similar to that of rum and muscat. It's a little refreshing, but there's also a little bit of sake in the second half of the bottle. I think Matsu no Tsukasa is a quieter sake, more like a food sake.
It tastes like cherries when I drink it again.
Floral and spring-like 🌸.
It gets sweeter as the days go by.
Hi bouken 🐦.
I've never had Omachi draft before, including outside drinking 💦 It looks delicious!
I don't think I've ever seen it 😳I think the price is good, so the number of bottles might be small 🤔.
Hello Pon-chan ☀☀
I bought it because it's omachi and it's a draft sake 😁.
I don't see it in Shiga either 😳 maybe because the store I bought it from had an abundance of Matsu no Tsukasa 🤔.
I felt a little sake-like on the nose, so I tried heating it up, but the taste didn't change much and it came together nicely.
I recommend heating it up.
It's been a very long time since I've had a pineapple 🍶.
It has a sweet and sour aroma like rumminess 😊.
But when you drink it, it is surprisingly dry and has a strong flavor structure 🤔.
I get the impression that there is a slight rummy aroma at the end 🤔.
As the days go by, the solid structure becomes softer and softer, and my personal favorite time to drink it was on the third last day 🤔.
I think it would have been possible to drink it after a week 🤔.
Very tasty and interesting sake 😁.
