The second bottle this week was a little while ago when my wife and I went out to Ryuoh, and I wondered if there was a sake brewery in Ryuoh. I was wondering if there was a sake brewery in Ryuoh, and that's why I got this one at a liquor store in Morinomiya.
This is my first time to visit this brewery.
Matsu no Tsukasa by Matsuse Sake Brewery
This time, Aizan
Aizan sake will be served again. We will probably have Aizan sake next as well!
Let's have it right away.
The first day
First, the aroma. It smells like fermented dairy products, yogurt? It smells like fermented dairy products.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a soft sweetness and a richness, with a hint of spiciness.
The moment the taste fades away, a fruity feeling appears, followed by a lingering bitterness.
It is refreshing, mild, full-bodied, and easy to drink.
I don't know what it is, but it is a delicious sake!
Day 2
Refreshingly complex, full-bodied with a slight bitterness.
The sweetness in the back of the throat and the slightly refreshing saltiness that spreads in the mouth.
It gently stimulates various taste buds and is delicious today as well!
This weekend is a time for relaxing - there's no better way to enjoy a delicious sake than in such a peaceful time!
