Impression of Yusuke Tsuda, son of a sake brewer
Kuroryu Daiginjo" by Kuroryu Shuzo, which was founded in 1804.
It is characterized by its slightly dry and refreshing taste.
The refreshing taste is enhanced when drunk chilled. ❄️
Great with delicate dishes such as sashimi and grilled fish🐟.
A great choice for sake beginners ✨.
Junmai Daiginjo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 16%.
The fruity aroma is subtle. In the mouth, the mellow aroma spreads further, and after the acidity, the dry assertion of this sake can be felt well.

Good evening, Mashira-no-Yama-san!
I was curious about this one, but it was sold out at the liquor store💦.
It's dry, but looks like it will give you a taste of many different flavors.
- When you open the bottle, it has a fruity aroma like pears ❣️ The palate has an elegant, deep sweetness that finishes with a nice crispness ✨ It's so good ⤴️
TOMO's welcome party 2025④.
When I told them that we have Kuroryu, someone said, "There used to be a time when Kuroryu was the local sake.
I've had this sake several times in the past.
When I drank it before, I had an impression that it was a bit bitter, but I got the impression that it was light, refreshing, and slightly sweet and spicy.
It was a bit melon-like and fruity, and I enjoyed it more than before.
Good evening, bouken!
Before I started Sake-no-wa, there was a time when I was not interested in sake from other prefectures because Fukui has "Kuroryu" 😅.
Now I realize how shallow I was. ✨️
Hi Gyve 😃
When I first heard the name Fukui, I had a strong image of Kuroryu or Bon and didn't know about others 💦.
Now I'm more interested in Echizen cape and Kansai 🤣.
The taste is very dry and tangy at the moment of drinking, followed by sweetness and umami,
The moment I drank it, it was tangy and dry, with sweetness and umami following in the aftertaste.
Attracted by the glass color of the bottle.
The aroma is gorgeous, like rummy and pear.
The soft touch of the bottle gives it a refreshing sourness and bitterness.
The sweetness is slight and pure sweet.
Reminiscent of lychee and green herbs.
Fresh, smooth and light mouthfeel.
Beautifully light and dry.
Taste 4/5

Kuroryu Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo
I thought it might be the Kuroryu Autumn Agari, a sake I look forward to this season, but it turned out to be Yamadanishiki!
I don't think Kuroryu often releases sake by rice, but I bought it to try it out!
I had an image of Kuroryu as a light and clear tasting sake, but I could enjoy the delicious taste of Yamada Nishiki!
