The second drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant, Tamitsu by Hayakawa Shuzo.
Kiamu this time.
If there's one thing I can't get enough of, it's Tamitsu!
Then, let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a beautiful mouthfeel and is tangy and spicy.
On its own, it gives the impression of being dry, but when paired with a meal, it is delicious with a hint of sweetness.
It also has a graininess that makes it very satisfying to drink.
I have the impression that Tamitsu is a beautiful sake.

Thank you, Hiro!
I got it from Shivuku Tamitsu 😁✨✨.
Yes, I know ⤴️ I always find it beautiful in common despite the differences in taste 😋.
I'm sure Hiro's memory is correct 🤗

Good morning!
I have the same impression of Takamitsu-san as you do, that it is a beautiful, modern sake with a classical graininess.

Good evening, ma-ki-chan 😃.
Mie sake relay is good! Dry sake that goes well with food is the best 😃‼️
We recently had our first Mie Sake too 😋I'm still waiting for the post, so it will be a little late to give it to you 😅.
