This week has been a little busy for me and I'm a little tired, so I'm going to let the drinks heal me quickly.
So, this week I'm having a bottle of sake from Fukurokuju Shuzo's Ippaku Suisei, which I got when I saw it at Sake no Wa!
This time it's Aizan!
Let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It has a fruity aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes clean and refreshing.
The bitterness can be felt from the beginning.
The sweetness is just a little.
The aftertaste is also bitter and full-bodied.
Even though it is not sweet and umami in the middle, it is so delicious that I kept on drinking!
The 3rd day
It flows in with a fruity aroma~.
It has a refreshing sweetness. The bitterness seems to have mellowed a bit.
I also sense a full-bodied and pungent taste.
The balance is not so different from the first day, but the overall impression is milder.
The impression is that it is more dry, but there is a fresh fruity aftertaste, which is refreshing.
And when served with a meal, the umami flavor increases.
So, we are getting through this week with the help of delicious sake!

Good morning, ma-ki-🌞Thanks for your hard work this week, let's work a little harder for each other ✨Ipphaku Suisei will heal you well ☺️ If it's a food wine with impressive bitterness and richness, it sounds like a good weekday drink 🍶.

Hi ma-ki-😃
Ippakusuisei's Aizan looks delicious. I've been seeing a lot of Aizan sake lately, I wonder if Aizan is the rice that has a pungent or bitter taste among the sweet 🤔Thanks for the delicious drink and the healing 👍.

ma-ki-, thank you for your hard work 😊The healing power of alcohol when you are tired...it's important 😄There are many different types of Aizan alcohol, but the Ippaku Suisei Aizan seems to have less sweetness, it also looks delicious 🎉.

Thank you Kano!
Sake is a must when you are tired 😁✨✨.
Yes, I agree. I have the impression that it is less sweet than other Aizan sake I have had, but it was a delicious sake that goes well with a meal and makes the drink go down a treat 😋.
