Honey-like aroma with caramel flavor with a little bit of maturity.
Milky sweetness and volatile alcohol in the second half.
Sweet potato-like aftertaste at the end of drinking.
Drinking comparison. The order of drinking (1).
I think it was probably right to start with KID. The fruity taste like an aperitif is not as good as Kid, but it is good as an in-between-dinner drink.
Tasting at the Nakano BC brewery.
We were given a tour of the brewery.
The staff guided us around the brewery so that we could see the process of pickling plums at the brewery.
It was informative to see how the plums are pickled at the brewery.
At the end of the tour, we had a free tasting including plum wine and a paid tasting of Kinokuniya Bunzaemon.
The aroma is a modest ginjo aroma.
The lingering taste was pleasant, elegantly put together with a soft sweetness.
Good evening, Lutemi 🦉.
It's rare to see pickled plum wine 😳I'd love to see the scale of the brewery, unlike at home 😆 I'm curious about this sake too, based on the name 😊.
Good evening, Ponchan😄.
It was interesting to see the plum wine being matured and to experience the -5°C in the ice cellar. The tasting was charged, but I'm glad I could drink it because I wouldn't buy it myself: ☺️
