Local sake after a long time. It's the new Harushika sake I drink every year😊. It has a crisp yet subtle sweetness and flavor that is very well balanced 😽. I heard it's already sold out at the brewery. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that you'll like about it.

At a nearby izakaya (Japanese style bar). After toasting with beer, we chose Harushika, Nara's local sake. I expected it to be a very alcoholic sake, but to my surprise, it had a fruity and sweet flavor, and was easy to drink. We were able to relax after a long day of drinking delicious sake with delicious food.

Great amount of bubbles, Christmas snow globe level. Sweet, fruity, clay-like smell. The freshness of the wine gives way to a sense of rice, dry, drinkable, powerful, and as the temperature rises, the sweetness comes through. Might taste better mixed with ori. Second day. I'm getting used to it. This is pretty good. Creamy, dry, a little sweet and not flat in taste. It's full of ooze, sweetness of rice, smoothness, and a satisfying shuffle. I finished another bottle. It's the kind of thing you don't like when you first meet it, but as you go out with it, you'll love it. I love this one!

Spring Deer 🌸🦌 I happened to stop by a liquor store where I was allowed to taste and buy it. I think this might be the first time I've ever had a proper drink. The brewery is located in Nara City. A sake brewery that has always been ahead of its time, expanding overseas since the Showa period (1926-1989). The name "Harushika" comes from Kasuga Taisha Shrine and its sacred animal, the deer. ⛩️ The product is aged at -5°C in the bottle while still raw, and shipped at this time of the year. Very gorgeous and sweet, but not at all peculiar and easy to drink 🌸 As expected of one of the leading breweries of Nara sake 👏.
