Spring Deer is sweet? I had an image of it being sweet,
But when I ordered it, I was surprised at the harshness of the label.
And very dry, very dry anyway!
It's so dry that it's interesting.
I would like to pair it with fatty white meat fish.
But when I drink sake, I usually ask for light dishes, so it's always vegetable dishes!

Sweet but with a clean aftertaste.
I can also taste a little sourness.
Maybe it's just me, but I really like the way Harushika is generally full-bodied but has a refreshing aftertaste.
Not related to this sake, but...
A refrigerator for sake? I am considering buying something like a wine cellar.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
I think this may be the only time I can find Jukinmu. So, Ao and I bought it when we went to Takimoto.
Sweet and juicy, with a strong acidity.
A little astringent in the second half, but overall a rich sweet sake.
Personally, I prefer Shikanaru or Uraharushika 🤔.
I wrote "rich sweet" but it also has a refreshing taste.
Harushika's summer sake: ❗️
Fruity aroma and gentle sweetness😊.
No bitterness and refreshing like water❗️
It's like a summer sake, it's easy to drink. ❗️
The sweetness is moderate so it goes well with meals👍
It's a delicious sake 😊.
Purchased at a liquor store
I was told that Harushika made a sake brewed with Jushinmu.
The owner said it might be only available this season.
Cold sake
The aroma is gorgeous, like the acidity of bananas.
Glamorous taste with a slight astringent aftertaste.
Harushika's characteristic sweetness is present.
There is also the sweetness of Jukinmu.
It is a rich sweet sake with a long aftertaste.

Harushika....I find it tasty no matter what I drink....
This one was a little sweeter and felt richer than most of the Harushika I've had.
Is it made in a wooden vat? I can't tell if there is a faint scent of wood or not.
Harushika with a strong body is also delicious!
