Everything was so delicious that I had a hard time deciding which to buy, and I ended up with the Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake and the Toji's Secret Sake.
It was heavy on the way home.
I wonder if there is a series of species I've seen for the first time, spring deer, but only in summer, only in fall? I'll keep an eye out for them each time of year.

It is a rather dry wine, but this time it has a less thorny nuance than usual due to the fact that it was the last half of the brewing.
The aroma is refreshing with green apples, but the taste is a little more umami, and the acidity has dropped.
I think it is important at what stage you drink it. But this is still good.
