☀️
A crisp and dry 😬.
Clean and refreshing 😄
The taste is very clean and refreshing 😎.
I was distracted by the fish 🐟 that came out with it and the bottle was taken down😱.
The picture of the bottle is borrowed from the internet 🙏.
Tomekawa 3rd generation's Tasting the guesses (11) (omake)
After drinking 10 kinds of sake, I paid 300 yen for another Koshi to taste again. Afterwards, I was talking with the store staff about what I should buy and go home, and they told me they had a sample of Harushika, so I was allowed to try it!
(The photo is not of the sample, but of the product for sale.
It seems to be a raw version of Sakura Junmai!
It is beautifully sweet, juicy and rich. Slightly complex too?
I got lost in the confusion and ended up buying other sakes instead of buying one of the 10 types😅.
I decided not to buy Urasato's Miyamanishiki this time, so I think I will go back after the new year.
Good evening, bouken🦉!
I've been reading the series and once again I think it's a great meeting with a nice atmosphere 👍✨It's nice that there are not so many people and you can talk with the owner slowly! Oh, I'm curious about left-handed people too 😁.
Good evening, Ponchan.
The events at this restaurant always have a nice, relaxed atmosphere 😁.
I'm sure you've heard that the number of people is enough to have a good talk with each one of them 🤗.
I'm always curious about left-handed people 🖐️
Tomekawa 3rd generation tasting party to taste the guesses ①.
An event by Tomegawa Sake Shop, a.k.a. Crazy Salad Pavilion
An irregular event held under the title of "Sake and Otsumami Chuin Kishiwada" with the official approval of Sake and Otsumami Chuin Shinmachi Store in Osaka City.
I hadn't been to Tomegawa since I went there with Uma-san around Setsubun time, and I wanted to go there soon, so I joined the event 😁.
I like the loose atmosphere of the events here at this store.
Set of 10 sized sakes for 3,500 yen.
Additional drinks, even expensive ones, are a flat 300 yen 😁.
I was surprised that they copied the "chuin system" in every detail!
We started with the expensive sake and had a bottle of Harushika's high quality sake 😳!
Price: 5200 yen 😳
It has a 35% rice polishing ratio and is stored at a low temperature in the brewery!
It tasted gorgeous, beautiful, and good sake.
Most sake in this line are light and dry, but this one is sweet!
It was a reservation-only event, but during the early hours, it was just me and a lady, so we were able to drink slowly!
Good evening, bouken😄.
Kishiwada chuin, you are drunk. ☺️
The event is officially sanctioned by the original CHUIN, so even the logo designed by Mr. Kawada's wife is a perfect copy 😁.
The costuming is also the same as the original, and what a luxury 🤤 to have a Harushika tobira from the very beginning!
Good evening, Mr. Aladdin.
There were a variety of sake cups available, but I was allowed to drink from a usuhari glass. 🍸️
I could feel the goodness of the relationship when I heard the episode of drinking together at Kawada-san's parents' house on New Year's Day 😊.
I purchased this sake bottle at ICHIGOU, a store specializing in sake bottles, when I stopped by Kamata on a business trip to Tokyo.
The sake lid has a design of cherry blossoms and a deer, which represents the "Harushika" (spring deer). Cute. The sake is super dry.
It's a nice souvenir, but a single-bottle is still a bit small...
It is too small to taste at different temperatures.
Gentle, slightly vegetal aroma,
It is dry and refreshing,
The lingering aftertaste gently disappears, leaving an astringent taste,
When warmed up, it flows softly and easily.
When warmed, it flows softly and easily.
A dry sake with a full mouthfeel,
It is quite spicy, but very good with nabe (hot pot) dishes when warmed to lukewarm.

Impression
At an izakaya in Nara Prefecture (forgot to take a picture)
It is a winter limited edition (from late November).
Light and tasty!
No peculiarities and refreshing to drink.
However, the umami was a little weak...
I felt that the samorosugi was too delicious...
If I drank it from Harushika, I would have thought it was quite tasty...
To top it off, my favorite Nara sake.
I had decided from the moment I entered the restaurant.
Onizan with a cool label!
The fruity one is delicious, but this one is really good too!
It has a mellow mouthfeel, but it finishes sharply and crisply.
Thank you very much for the sake!
