This week we received this bottle, which was actually opened earlier than 寫楽さん!
Kido by Heiwa Shuzo!
This time it was brewed with white malted rice!
We saw this sake at Sake no Wa and wanted to try it, so we brought it along on our visit to the brewery!

The first day
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
In the mouth, you can feel a soft sweetness and acidity that is not too strong.
In the middle part of the mouth, there is a fruity feeling from the acidity, and it gently ends with a slight salty taste.
It is easy to drink, and the lingering bitterness and a hint of saltiness are refreshing.
When served with a meal, the taste becomes a little clearer, and it is good with a meal.
Day 6
Today's wine also has a refreshing sweetness and a cool feeling in the mouth. It has a refreshing sweetness and a refreshing coolness.
It is not too stimulating, but the full-bodied, fruity, sweet, sour, etc. taste buds are softly gradated, so it is very tasty!
Overall, it is a gentle, refreshing, low-alcohol, light, and easy-to-drink sake, and a great sake for a night at the turn of the week!
