The third and last drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Atago no Matsu by Shinzawa Brewery.
This time, it was served cold.
It turned out to be a Hiyayoroshi drinking comparison!

First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, there is a sweetness and bitterness that is not too strong, and then a sweetness and bitterness that is not too strong.
The complexity of the special junmai flavor is also present, and the umami can also be felt.
It is not a sake that is right in the middle of my favorites, but there is something delicious about Atago no Matsuri every time I drink it!

Atago, I'm a newbie myself, so I'm afraid to give you a recommendation, but if you're looking for an easy to drink sake, I think Hinatsu no Koi is a good choice 🤗.
