Koshiji Fukiyuki Junmai 70 An orthodox junmai with firm acidity. The acidity and tangy aftertaste may not be to your liking. Koshiji Fukiyuki Daiginjo 50 Light, with sharp acidity and spiciness. Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA15 After the Nohtaka booth, I knew I had to eat something, so I went to the basement and bought some yakitori (grilled chicken) ๐ฃ. There was a corner of rice balls made from Niigata's new rice in the Sake-no-jin, and I was quite tempted to try them, but I was determined not to eat carbohydrates... so I held back. It was my first time to visit the Takano Sake Brewery. I think I've seen the sake itself somewhere, but I've never had it ๐ค. I wonder if they took the name from Fubuki Koshiji or if the sake came first? I drank Koshiji Fukiyuki Junmai 70 Clear and tasty... Koshiji Fukiyuki Daiginjo 50 Hmmm, subtle Koshijifuki Aki-agari Junmai Ginjo Slightly ripe, but not too assertive, so it's good for mid-meal ๐ค. I wanted to ask about the origin of the brand name, but I didn't feel like I could since they were dealing with another brewery that wasn't seated, so I left ๐ฆ.

We went on a bullet trip to a hot spring in Gunma ๐โจ๏ธ Before arriving at the ryokan, we went to a local liquor store. I decided to buy some Gunma sake at a local liquor store before we arrived at the ryokan! I was so excited, I visited Takahashi Yo Shoten for the first time, which I sometimes order from Corona Disaster! I visited Takahashi Yoh Shoten for the first time! I found a bottle of sake that I had ordered before and was very impressed. The Gan brewed by Mikito Takai, who is no longer with the company, was really delicious, so I chose the New Gan with the feeling that I would like to try it too. I was surprised to find that it was brewed by Mikito Takai! And it's still delicious ๐ญโจ It was great slightly chilled, but also great warmed ๐. Not spectacular, but deeply delicious... And it's so cosy! I brought home the rest of the bottle. I'm going to drink it with care ๐ถ๐ถ.

Tonight, our first series, Kikuyu by Yoshikawa Brewery from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is 100% Dewa Sanzu, Junmai Nama-no-Hajime made with Kyoukai No. 6 yeast. It has a ginjo aroma between cucumber and pear, and the first sip is clear with a full sweetness, but later on, a strong bitterness and alcohol taste follows, making it dry and smooth.

Tonight, we decided to open a new sake once in a while, so we had this one from the Yoshikawa Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. Junmai Nigori Sake - Luxurious Aragoshi โจโจโจโจ. The sake seems to have been bottled after the new sake unrefined sake has been roughly fermented ๐. The aroma has a hint of pear and apple. When you take a sip, you can feel the gasiness and acidity, but it is juicy and delicious ๐๐๐๐ When you mix the lees, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and the creaminess increases, which is also delicious ๐๐. This sake was tasted along with the Junmai Ginjo I posted earlier. We were there when the store opened on the first day of tasting and sales, so all the sakes were unsealed, so we were able to sample them in fresh condition. I recommend going on Wednesday when the store opens ๐. It is Rokumaru with 60% rice polishing ratio. It is the same as Shinomine. It has more richness and umami than Junmai Ginjo. It is suitable for warming up.
