@sakebar Fukuzo This is the last sake I drank at Fukuzo 🍶. For those of you who think "how much have you had to drink? I think so too😅. The first aroma is sweet with classic acidity. It has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a hint of acidity on the palate. It's also a great costumed honjozo that doesn't make you feel like it's been soaked in alcohol 😋. It was delicious 🍶✨. We went on a bullet trip to a hot spring in Gunma 😆♨️ Before arriving at the ryokan, we went to a local liquor store. I decided to buy some Gunma sake at a local liquor store before we arrived at the ryokan! I was so excited, I visited Takahashi Yo Shoten for the first time, which I sometimes order from Corona Disaster! I visited Takahashi Yoh Shoten for the first time! I found a bottle of sake that I had ordered before and was very impressed. The Gan brewed by Mikito Takai, who is no longer with the company, was really delicious, so I chose the New Gan with the feeling that I would like to try it too. I was surprised to find that it was brewed by Mikito Takai! And it's still delicious 😭✨ It was great slightly chilled, but also great warmed 👍. Not spectacular, but deeply delicious... And it's so cosy! I brought home the rest of the bottle. I'm going to drink it with care 🍶🎶.

I bought a Noto Support Set from KINMI, which is spending a lot of SNS advertising. This sake comes in a set with sashimi. It has a juicy and sweet taste and certainly goes well with sashimi. Made from 100% Noto-produced Hyakumangoku No Shiro. Polishing ratio 48%, alcohol content 16.5 degrees.

This sake was tasted along with the Junmai Ginjo I posted earlier. We were there when the store opened on the first day of tasting and sales, so all the sakes were unsealed, so we were able to sample them in fresh condition. I recommend going on Wednesday when the store opens 😆. It is Rokumaru with 60% rice polishing ratio. It is the same as Shinomine. It has more richness and umami than Junmai Ginjo. It is suitable for warming up.

Tonight, our first series, Kikuyu by Yoshikawa Brewery from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is 100% Dewa Sanzu, Junmai Nama-no-Hajime made with Kyoukai No. 6 yeast. It has a ginjo aroma between cucumber and pear, and the first sip is clear with a full sweetness, but later on, a strong bitterness and alcohol taste follows, making it dry and smooth.

Tonight, we decided to open a new sake once in a while, so we had this one from the Yoshikawa Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. Junmai Nigori Sake - Luxurious Aragoshi ✨✨✨✨. The sake seems to have been bottled after the new sake unrefined sake has been roughly fermented 😄. The aroma has a hint of pear and apple. When you take a sip, you can feel the gasiness and acidity, but it is juicy and delicious 😋😋😋😋 When you mix the lees, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and the creaminess increases, which is also delicious 😋😋.
