I've been after Kikuhime's Unfiltered Nama-Hai Sake for a while now😊.
I don't really know what Yamahai means, but the sake is yellow! 😳I wonder if Yamahai makes it yellow? 🤔
It tastes so dry and delicious! I looked at the label on the back and saw that it has 19% alcohol! 😳I'm convinced.
I like "rich and umami"...I like it a lot 👍.
It's not the trendiest direction, but it's unique and very tasty 🙏.

After the first three days of the New Year, I went to Megada San, which was open for the first time in the New Year 🦸.
I found a bottle of 🐰 bottle of Tasake to buy at least one bottle of zodiac sign 😊It was a bit expensive, but I was in the mood for a happy New Year's purchase 😆.
The first time I bought Tasake I didn't think it tasted particularly good, but it's so good 😳It has a good balance of sweet, umami, spicy and bitter...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm (I give up 🤣) The label is cute and tasty and I'm glad I bought it👍I might buy other Tasake too...🤔.

We started this nigori festival by ourselves, but we discovered that we get somewhat bored 😅 if we keep on drinking it all.
Okay, here's a refresh ministry at halftime at the end of the first half.
The water of choice was this one, which I had ready to drink anytime! It is the stable Sentori's "Hatsuso Hatsubune" series.
We had the Nakadori last year around this time, and this year we will have the Seme! The only thing left is ARABASHIRI!
The "seme" is the last part squeezed out by applying more pressure! The more pressure you put on it, the more it tends to have a tangy taste...
Oh wow 😍 juicy! Sengoku is delicious after all!
There is no tangy taste! It's like drinking a fresh sake with a sourness that is typical of Sengoku!
I would like to compare it with "Arabashiri" and "Nakadori"!
I could drink it with a clear glass of Tochigi Ai!

It was expensive, but I got it when I won the lottery 🤣The clerk advised me to be careful when opening it because of the strong fizz, so I opened it in the bathroom and it didn't blow out 🤭.
It is made from 100% Akita Sake Komachi from Akita Prefecture, with a rice polishing ratio of 45% and an alcohol content of 11 degrees C. The toji, Makoto Uematsu, is the master brewer.
I opened the bottle today 🎉It's been a while since I've had a glass of it since I've been drinking it in a boar cup 🎉It's highly carbonated and has a strong sweet and sour acidic taste. No aftertaste? No aftertaste? It is easy to drink because of the low alcohol content. It's stylish and good 🤤It was a good sake for Xmas 🙏I'll drink it again next year if it's affordable 😅.
I looked on mercari and found it sold for more than 3 times the purchase price and was bought... 😱The sellers and buyers are awesome 😫.

I️ had been passing on it because the name "Tourikishi" sounded like THE sake, but I️ thought the atmosphere was something delicious, so I️ got it.
So this is my first Higashi-Rikishi!
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity!
It has a nice sweetness, light gasiness, and a nice bitterness at the end, and although it says it's 17 degrees, it's very easy to drink 😋.

The flavor is even more delicious when you mix in the oli⤴️.

The first nigori sake "Hakuginkai" from my favorite brewery, Kangiku Meikozo!
I knew I had to buy it, but I couldn't go to my favorite liquor store because it was just the day I was leaving for an onsen ryokan, so I gave up, but when I stopped by a liquor store near Utsunomiya station, I found it!
Although Yonotori and Tasake were lined up next to the sake shop, I immediately decided to buy Hakuginkai and enjoyed the onsen and sake!
Hakuginkai, released as part of the OCEAN99 series, is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake with a perforated cap that is expected to be quite effervescent!
The first glass we opened was the top clear liquid, and the second glass we mixed in the ori, and the bubbles came up at once!
The taste was a light and refreshing, but sweet and strong adult Calpis soda itself!
It was so light that it was empty in less than an hour.
Rice polishing ratio: 55% (100% sake brewing rice)
Alcohol content: 13%.
