At the end of January, I had a bottle of Daishinshu dry sake 😋 and I thought it was fruity and refreshing and I could drink it as much as I wanted 🤗. After that, I've had a variety of dry wines and I think I've built up my basic strength 😆This time I'm going to try a super dry one👍. I thought it might be a little too big 🤔 after having half of Nishibori's rich sweet flavor 😅😅 but that's Daishinshu's trustworthy and proven track record! I'll make love to you I'll make love to you! This is a fresh bottle with a subtle apple flavor, a good aroma, and a strong umami, and just like the dry one we had in January, it's delicious enough to drink as much as you want. I really like this kind of fruity and refreshing dry wine 🥹. I drank it all up in one gulp 😚 and when I had a few centimeters left, my rationale kicked in and I put the lid back on, but I drank a little too much that day 😓. We've been able to enjoy both sweet and spicy drinks recently 😄I think I'll try Kangiku, which I've been avoiding because of its sweetness.... And on Sunday when we met again, we opened the rest of Nishibori and killed the rest of Oshinshu in a blink of an eye 😋... but it's Sunday, so be careful not to drink too much... but we don't want to drink like this 😅. So we searched the fridge for the last bottle!

Yay! The long night is finally over 🌃☀️ J&N physicals finished on Thursday and Friday respectively 😮‍💨 I don't know the final results 😅 but at least they both had good liver function 🥹. This result verified that whether we abstain from alcohol for a whole month like last year or for 13 days like this time, the result of the diagnosis will not change 😅I will report it at the next Sake no Wa conference😁. So the first bottle to drink after about two weeks of sobriety, as you can all guess 😄from Tochishu👍. Back to basics, my favorite modern omachi raw from Senkyu: ‼️ This raw seal is important 🤗. Actually, I went to a few liquor stores where I could easily find it, but they were sold out and didn't have it 😨. No way! I went into a liquor store and got the last bottle! I'll make love to you! I'll make love to you! The aroma is so good that you can't wait to taste it! One sip and ......🥹............☺️......Yummmmaii😚 The sweet and sour Senkou flavor that permeates the five organs that have been examined 😊The sweetness and sourness run through your mouth like a merry-go-round🎠🤗. I'm really happy to be able to drink 🥹. I'm home, Tochigi Ai 🥰.

One of J&N's 2024 goals has already been achieved~‼️ We have been dreaming of having No.6 at home ever since we had it for the first time outside in May of the year before last. The quality expiration date is February 2024, so you never know what might happen at any time😅As promised, we held the opening ceremony on a Friday when there was nothing going on 👍. I'll make love to you in a Riedel glass The aroma is slightly fruity 😌. We both couldn't help but smile after taking a sip☺️It's so light, refreshing and easy to drink that it almost lifts you up, with just the right amount of freshness and light acidity, a step up from the less carbonated, superb champagne🍾...yep, it's really delicious anyway😋! I guess dreams are not meant to be seen, but to come true 🥹. It took me a long time to get it 🥲I was going to savor it slowly, but it was so good that I drank it in a moment 😆. It's like I couldn't get it before, but this time it was so easy 😁I'm going to try S and X next time 😊. And my next goal is to get a shot of the beauty...I can't even find my footprints 👣 let alone my back 😢I guess I'll have to go out and drink first 🤔.

Last December, I suddenly thought "Let's watch a basketball 🏀 game ❗️" and searched for Utsunomiya Brexit local game tickets on the net, but the latest tickets were already filled up😳. My daughter was going too, so I secured 3 seats for a game 2 months away 🤗That was the weekend Saturday against Nagoya. I was excited to go to my first basketball game and enjoy the atmosphere, but I was a little surprised by the loud music ♬. The game was a back-and-forth affair with only 54 seconds left in the game and we were behind by 6 points 😫. But...! From this point on, we started with a great defense and then a furious attack ⛹️‍♂️, and finally, a buzzer beater made a huge comeback and won the game ‼️! At that moment, everyone was on their feet and the stadium was filled with cheers of excitement 😄. We went to Utsunomiya station to enjoy Gyoza (dumplings) and beer 🥟, and then went to an izakaya to drink highballs before heading home in time for the soccer game ⚽! The sake chosen for drinking at home was Kaze no Mori! The label said it was more sweet, but after watching the basketball game and drinking outside, the sweetness and light acidity were pleasant for us. ☺️ The juicy, easy-to-drink taste made our drinks go down a bit faster. We drank a little too much 💦. Hooray for 🏀⚽Gasp!

On Sunday evening when we returned from our parents' home🌆, we went to Utsunomiya at almost the same time🚙. On the way home, Nobby sent me a quick message on line and told me that he got some sashimi slices of tuna at Asanoya (‼️) on his way home. Now we can enjoy our evening drinks with peace of mind 😚. So we started with Ona-san, who left about 40% of his drink on Friday! Dry sake is good with good sashimi 😋! Naturally, this wasn't enough to drink, so here it is 🤗. Here is a dry special junmai sake from Daishinshu that we drank outside during our Nagano sake buying trip last year: ‼️ Now what did it taste like? I looked back at my post and saw that it was "refreshing and tasty" and that's all it was: ⁉️ I reflected on the way I wrote about my own taste and realized that this is not a good reference 😓. I'll make love to you again! The aroma is fruity. I can drink it as much as I want 😋.......no reflection 😆. I couldn't decide between the dry and the super dry this time, but I went with the dry 💦. Next time I'm going to try the very hot one. ‼️ and Nobby is being drawn deeper and deeper into the swamp of the hot ones! What will be the fate of the remaining non-spicy inventory 😨? I ended up drinking 3 bottles on Friday and Sunday 😅I'm taking Monday to Wednesday off again 😑.

Still last Friday. We were enjoying the delicious Amami 😋, but this evening's dinner was sushi🍣, and in response to Nobby's request, "I want to drink a dry sake to go with it~‼️", here is what I took out from the fridge! Nobby went to buy the No.6 he won, and as a token of his appreciation 🥹 he bought it with Onasan🤗It's a very dry sake with a sake degree of +10 😁. I'll make love to you The aroma is a bit of a graininess that makes you think of a dry sake 😌. I'm sure it's a dry sake. I can directly feel the strong umami of rice! In a post by chiaki a while ago, she wrote, "Ona's presence is amazing! It's great, but it doesn't get in the way. This goes great with sushi! I was drinking it as a food sake 😋 and then I realized I had lost more than half of it💦. I thought I drank too much 🥴, so I had another glass of Tenbi to cleanse my palate 😆 End of the day 🥱. In the end, I broke the one four-pack rule and drank a little over a bottle and a half 🤤. But it was too good to resist 😑😑. Sweet or spicy, Tochigi love 🥰.

Last Saturday I went to MKT Sake Shop for a dry Sukkiri! Here's what I got along with the Daishinshu Dry Sukkiri: ‼️ Yuto-san is a brewery owned by a classmate of Bosuke's 🤗 I had been curious about it for a while. The concept of the sake is "Sake like sake" and the motto is "No effort is spared in brewing" 🥹. This year, I decided to drink some Tochigi sake that I haven't been able to drink yet, so here is a cool looking Yuto Masamune standing at home drinking for the first time 😊. Now let's have some 🎵 I'm going to drink it at home for the first time! It has a clean mouthfeel 😌 with a hint of sweetness and fluffy umami flavor in the mouth 😚 easy to drink dry sake with a nice sharpness and just delicious 😋 It was a cool sake 👍. By the way, I'm very happy to hear that. When I brought Yuto and Daishinshu to the cashier, they were having a drawing for Shinsei No.6 and I chose the basic R type from R/S/X and entered 🤗. Congratulations 🎉 ✨㊗️Sakeawa 1,000,000 check in ㊗️✨ I've never had such a 💓exciting countdown before and we were both so excited last night 🤣! The first Tochigi sake of 2024 is Houou Mita Akaban ‼️ a fine sake worthy of celebration 😙. I was worried that it might be too sweet 🤔 after reading the reviews of Sake no Wa, but it is indeed sweet, but the rice flavor and acidity, plus the sharpness from the bitterness make it easy to drink 😋 It's sweet, isn't it? But it is indeed sweet, but the rice flavor and acidity are there and the sharpness from the bitterness makes it easy to drink 😋! On the second day, the sweetness was a little less pronounced and it tasted even better. ☺️ I'll be back again this year 🤗. As I wrote at the end of the year, I was blessed with many encounters last year 😌. Let's see what encounters await us this year😊. The first thing I would like to meet in terms of alcohol is the No.6 house drink this year! And then there's the sake that I haven't even met yet! And of course, I'll be chasing down some Tochigi sake that I haven't had a chance to drink yet 😊. And on my sake drinking trip, I want to make it happen while also supporting the Hokuriku region ‼️ that I've been wanting to visit for a long time 😌. We are in the middle of the nigori festival J&N's annual half time 🤗! It's been a year since I had Hirotogawa Nigori, but it's been 2 years since I had this Tokujun in the early days of Sakegawa 😅. No, I wanted to drink it! I wanted to drink it 🙁 but I guess G7 was too popular to buy 🙄. Let's have it cold first! It's so refreshing and easy to drink, and the flavor and happiness spreads in your mouth....so deeply delicious 🥹. After a few glasses, I thought maybe we don't need to heat it up 😋...but we didn't do that last time, so let's heat it up 😙. I asked Nonbei Yokocho to heat up the sake! It's so mellow! I knew it was heated 🍶 which one is ☺️ 😅 Either way, it's a very relaxing sake 😌 I really like this kind of sake! I hope to drink more Hirotogawa next year👍 By the way, Christmas is over, but I have an announcement from J Reindeer and N Tree 🤗 I was able to get insurance coverage for my car 🚗 repairs, which saved me 100 bottles of 4-gouge, so I decided to use it to the fullest 😆 I went to the end of the year liquor stores to greet people on the weekend morning❗️4 picture is the result of 5 stores I visited🥹15/100? Nigori Festival (3) Hirotogawa after a year ‼️ Oh, sorry, I haven't had a bottle during this time 😓I didn't want to offend T.KISO 😅This time I also brought some Tokujun to compare drinks 🤗. I was getting more and more impatient every time I heard about the availability of this one 💦 but I was able to get it again this year 😌. Now let's open the bottle! We welcomed you in early fall with the Autumn Leaves label🤗. Sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe apples and apple tea, chili, silky gasiness and apple and cherry drop sweetness! Then a hint of bitterness! Delicious!

Nigori Festival (2) I had heard that it was delicious for a long time 👂 but when I found it at the liquor store last year, there was only one bottle left and I had to give up crying 😢. This year I was determined to get it 😤 and when I found it, I was able to find it at the same time 🕺 so I took it home 😁 so I wouldn't shake the sake 👍. Before drinking it, we, who don't like too much sweetness, were wary that it might be similar to last year's Kangiku 🤔... but our fears were unfounded! But our fears were unfounded 😌. It has a soft, sweet and gentle taste 😋, but it starts out crisp and clean, and the bitterness in the second half is good. ‼️ This is delicious 👍It was the first time in a long time that we killed it in an instant 😄 Even Nobby, who has a reputation for being very strict about sweetness, praised this one as 😋 delicious 🤗. By the way, last weekend I was sleeping in my apartment when my father woke up 😅 he is a day/night man 😅 he sat at his desk, turned on the light and started playing mahjong on his computer at 2am😳. We couldn't sleep until the wee hours of the morning as we always sleep in a quiet dark room 😵 as we could hear the game sounds like click, click, click, chiraling ♬. Well, I think mahjong game is good because using hands and brain is good for preventing blur 🥱.

We have heard that it is highly appreciated by the sake society, so we have been looking forward to receiving it 😌.... I'm tired and I'm going back to being a commoner💦I'm more comfortable in a sweatshirt than a tuxedo 😁. So let's drink two good ones together anyway! So let's drink two good ones together! Let's start with Hana Yuu 🎵 I'm toasting with a Riedel glass for the first time in a long time 🥂. Wow! The sweet aroma is spreading like wildfire. I was reminded of how different the aroma can be depending on the glass 😳. The first sip is full of flavor and sweetness that spreads happiness in the mouth ☺️ and the second half is filled with sourness and a bit of bitterness 😋. But the sweetness is a bit strong for J&N who knows all about sour and sweet... I had it on two different days because it was a comparison, and I felt the sweetness was less on the second day. ☺️ For us, we prefer the second day 😊.

We had dry sake with horse sashimi on our GW family trip to Aizu, but this is modern Naraman ‼️ First time drinking at home🤗. We had a Sake Mirai at Eiko Fuji about 2 years ago, but we both felt that it might not be a good match for us 🤔 and we started to have a bad feeling about it 😅I had been refraining from buying it since then 😢. But a few months ago, we had a drink outside and the Sake Mirai from Akabu was so good that we decided to try it again 🤗. Let's open the bottle! The appearance gives the impression of melon, but the aroma also has a hint of 🍈😌. One sip and you're like, hmmm⁉️ this is clear and juicy😍A little dryness comes out at the end, but it's very well balanced including that👍. It was so good that we regretted our immaturity of 2 years ago and wondered why we had refrained from buying it until now 🥲 (we are still immature though...) I didn't realize this was Fukushima's 12th best 😳I knew Fukushima sake was of a high level 😊.

The flavor is a bit dark and maybe a bit sweet. When opened, it has a sweet aroma reminiscent of green melon and melon-like fruits. It has a sweet ginjo aroma.
