We had dry sake with horse sashimi on our GW family trip to Aizu, but this is modern Naraman ‼️
First time drinking at home🤗.
We had a Sake Mirai at Eiko Fuji about 2 years ago, but we both felt that it might not be a good match for us 🤔 and we started to have a bad feeling about it 😅I had been refraining from buying it since then 😢.
But a few months ago, we had a drink outside and the Sake Mirai from Akabu was so good that we decided to try it again 🤗.
Let's open the bottle!
The appearance gives the impression of melon, but the aroma also has a hint of 🍈😌.
One sip and you're like, hmmm⁉️ this is clear and juicy😍A little dryness comes out at the end, but it's very well balanced including that👍.
It was so good that we regretted our immaturity of 2 years ago and wondered why we had refrained from buying it until now 🥲 (we are still immature though...)
I didn't realize this was Fukushima's 12th best 😳I knew Fukushima sake was of a high level 😊.

I've heard that Naraman is a classic type of sake, so I kind of avoided it, but this one is juicy and delicious ‼️

I tend to shy away from Yamahai as well, but recently some breweries are making easier to drink 💦I have to be careful not to hate it 😅.
