I've been reading a lot about "Sake Mirai" in your reviews lately. I was so excited to buy it because I liked Eiko-Fuji's Sake Mirai 😁Hoshimatsuri so much that I wanted a second bottle of Eiko-Fuji and when I saw that it was the Sake Mirai I wanted, I felt like it was destined to be 🤣. It is 100% Sake Mirai, 50% rice polishing ratio, 16.6% alcohol by volume. Wow! It's so thick 😳Sweetness comes and umami is strong? Is it strong? Deep? I don't know but it's so good 😍I really like it 👍I don't know if I prefer Eikoufuji or if Sake Mirai is right for me (or both? 🤔)This is my favorite recently 😦. I don't know if I like it better with the Eikoufushi or the Sake Mirai (or both? 🤔), but this is my new favorite 🤭 I have a bottle of Collage Sake Mirai in my fridge 😆 It was delicious 👍Thank you 👍Thank you 🙏

Happy Birthday to me! So, I won the lottery at Mekada San, and Shinsei No.6 is now on tap 😆. Akita rice, milling ratio 55% Kakemai 50%, alcohol content 13%. The Shinsei No.6 series is graded from R to S to X, so this S-type is the mid model. Slightly gassy. After the sweetness comes, the sourness finishes it off. The sweetness and acidity are both rather strong and delicious 😋. I wonder if the No. 6 is to prevent resale? The name of the store where I bought it was engraved on the cap. I guess the brewer is making an effort to make it available at a fixed price to those who want to drink it👍and the quality date is short! The brewery's website says that it is a draft sake and should be consumed within 3 months, preferably as soon as you buy it😳. It was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏. Thank you for the food 🙏.

Nobby went to the liquor store alone to buy some things, but he called me on line and said "I don't know what to buy 😓" 🤔 They have a wide selection of chrysanthemum, so I asked him to buy the discovery series. The second picture is the one Nobby took at the liquor store, and from this one, identity was chosen after looking at the price tag too 😄. I've been drinking Kangiku for a while now, and this is my sixth bottle, although they are different kinds. The bottle was opened with a splash, just like a fresh sake! It is gassy, sweet and fresh, easy to drink and gentle 😌. All of Kangiku's sakes are delicious! But each one has its own characteristics and that's what makes it truly an identity 😊. Please ⭕️please By the way, I have to go to Hirado on the week of 9/19, and J&N2 will be traveling from Nagasaki to Fukuoka for 3 nights and 4 days. We will go from Nagasaki airport to Fukuoka via Hirado and back. It will be the first time for both of us to land in Kyushu, so if you have any recommendations for sightseeing spots or restaurants, please let me know 🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️.

If you are traveling by car from Continue to Hakata, you can pass through Niji-no-Matsubara in Karatsu City with a little cooler weather☺️. Tempura Hirao salted fish is a great snack for Sake👍️. Hakata is also a good place to have a chatty dinner at Kraft Sake Rib Loblom 😋.

Here's what we got after the toast It's our first Nozomu! The aroma is citrusy, isn't it? It's fire-brewed, but I thought it might be raw. I thought 😳 It has a good sake taste, and the acidity is good! I had it on two separate days, and I felt like the acidity settled down and it tasted even better on the second day! How to spend lunch time during the Bon holidays! Nobby stayed at home with his son Jay and his daughter went to Jurassic World for a movie date ❤️ ! We wore 3D glasses 👓 in a 4D theater and enjoyed the movie and 🎬 popcorn🍿. I enjoyed the vibrations and the wind and all👍. The whole family loved Tochigi 🥰.

My daughter and son came home last week for the Obon vacations and we enjoyed our first family reunion in a long time 😊. Of course, I drank while I was there, so my posts piled up😅. First, a toast to the family 🥂 so we opened a bottle of this one! Sweet fruity aroma Highly delicious! As Masa said, not too sweet and sharp👍 I didn't notice the oli, but we both prefer it without mixing. When I mixed it, the sweetness became stronger! The kids are slow paced, but they will drink this up no matter how much it costs 😆. It's fun to drink and eat together as a family ♫ So we moved on to the second bottle 😊.

This time I found a Ki Sparkling at Mekada San😁Yamada Nishiki, 60% polished rice, 14% alcohol. The sparkling I opened recently opened normally, so I was caught off guard...when I opened it, it blew up big time ⛲and it's pretty depleted 😭The taste is...ummmm 😆 dry...refreshing, strong rice flavor, guigui-ike.... Results - 🏥 After a very exciting re-test, both J&N will be under observation for one year! It doesn't seem to be anything to do with alcohol, so we'll just talk about it and enjoy the moment 😊. Toast to Tochigi sake! I bought a bottle right after I saw Manachie's post, and opened this one that I had been putting away for a long time! (As you can see in the picture, it was packaged very well) Sweet aroma 😌. It's been a while since I've had this one, so I can really taste the sake. Well, the taste is just like what Mr. Manachie wrote before 😆. To sum it up Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I think I'll pick up the pace a bit from now on! （I'm not sure if I'm being serious.) I'm looking forward to a year of fun, delicious, and long-lasting drinking 🤗. I was looking for a citrus sake after enjoying the last Kurogyu Yuzusake, and bought the Houou Mita Seasonal Graduates, which was just released 😊. The Kurogyu Yuzusyu was sweet and sour, but this one is soooooo sour 😣😆 I can hardly taste the sweetness 😁Alcohol content is low at 5 degrees and it's great on the rocks 😋I'm a citrus and sour lover (wife is not so fond of citrus fruits), so I sipped a little bit of it all by myself. I finished a bottle by myself 😂I was hot and tired and liked it so much I got a second bottle 👍That was sour! Thanks for the treat! Thank you 🙏

I bought the jacket 🤭. Fancy jacket and the power word "star festival" 😁. I checked after I picked it up and it was my first glorious Fuji 😆. Manamusume 100%, Polishing ratio 50%, Alcohol content 16.6 degrees. This is the 3rd stage of "STARS", a summer sake from the brewery. It has a unique quirk, but it's hard to describe in words 😂Mrs. Wife especially liked it 😍It was her first Eiko Fuji, but it's unique and good 😊That was delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

I had avoided kijoshu because it was too sweet in another kijoshu, but I tried it again 💪. I was told at another liquor store that once the Corona was over, the Shinmasa would no longer be available in stores because it would be sold to restaurants, so I had to drink it while I could... 😁. Akita rice, milling ratio 55% koji rice, 60% kake rice, 13% alcohol by volume. The back of the bottle says it is too sweet, but it has a strong acidity, so it is not too sweet. It was delicious 😋The same kijoshu has a totally different flavor 🤔That was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

I saw your post while I was sober and thought I could take you for a quick low al for rehab 😊 Well, I'm already done with rehab 😅. Mmmm, muscat aroma! When I poured it into the glass, I could see bubbles and my expectations were high. When I take a sip, it has a beautiful flavor, it's light and delicious with a gaseous feeling, and the acidity spreads the flavor in my mouth 😊. This really is an instant kill! Did I drink it? It's like I'm drinking it 😓. Now, to change the subject, I was saved by non-alcoholic beverages during my sobriety. We both got a little addicted to Dry Zero😊. And when we were looking at what was available besides beer, we found a non-alcoholic sake! I was so happy when I realized how much I appreciated it and how delicious it was when I drank the real thing 😌. And the third one is the "Sumo Daifuku" which I learned from chape-san! It was so delicious that it became my reward during my abstinence from alcohol 😄.

This is my first time to try Bodo yeast. I googled and researched but I don't know the difference between Namahashi, Yamahashi and Bodaihashi 😂. Omachi, 65% polished rice, 16% alcohol. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity? Complex taste 🤔This is delicious 😳I wasn't expecting it to be normal because of the plain label, but I liked it 😊I wonder if the brewing process called Bodai Hashiro was good? I like it 🤔 But why didn't I feel any gas at all even though I was told to be careful when opening the bottle because it contains carbon dioxide gas? I opened the bottle in the bath just to be safe but it was a bit of a letdown 🤭I guess I let the gas out... 😭 but it was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

The summer version of Snow Fantasy ⛄ which I drank in winter and liked very much is red in winter and blue in summer... I guess winter is Christmas color, but the image color of the season is the opposite, which is omoshiro🤭. Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 9 degrees! To be honest, I can't tell the difference in taste between the winter version and the winter version since there is a gap between the two, but it is as delicious as ever 😋 Slightly carbonated, sweet and sour. I knew this was the most white wine-like 😊It's not like sake in a good way. It's low alcohol and small in quantity so it was gone in no time 😋 I wish I could have had it again 😋 It was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

A staple in our house during this season. Momo Daifuku from Matsuya. Delicious as always 🤤If you are in Utsunomiya this time of year, be sure to visit 😊. Summer Collage The 5th Collage 💪. Summer Gin light nigori. The rice is 21% Yamadanishiki, 78% Yume-no-Kou, 50% polishing ratio, 16% alcohol by volume. It is sweet and tasty with good acidity and a long aftertaste. The first day was different from the other Kuraku, but the second and third days, it tasted better and better. Thank you very much!

Manachie's recommendation (am I right?) I got it at the liquor store as soon as I got your comment on it! Dinner is steak🥩 so I thought this would be perfect and opened the bottle! It opened with a great sound ❗️ and a great sound 😳 The wind came to my eyes and I was surprised! When I poured it into the glass, I knew it was a bubbly sake and there are nice bubbles on the glass, nice! But it was my first kijoshu and I had heard it was pretty sweet, so I was worried it would be too sweet 🫤. Alright! Bon appétit! Oh, this is indeed sweet, but it's a good sweetness that never gets dull 😊. This is delicious and perfect for meat👍 But⁉️the amount is so small that it was a real instant kill! The amount of alcohol was not enough for the amount of meat! But it was delicious 😋. Love Tochigi

Chrysanthemum 🎉 Every year we used to sell a drink called Beyond X, but this year it's Beyond C. Get over Covid-19, that's chic 😁 We've been tormented by Corona, but I think people are finally starting to move a little after the 3rd vaccine 😭 No more mambos! Get over the Corona 💪😆. So no Mai, 29% polished rice, 15% alcohol. I thought it might be a little expensive, but at 29%, I guess it's a good price? It has a sweet and tangy taste. Is the umami deep? Thick? It is very juicy and clear. I'm sure it's delicious 🤤Thank you 🙏.
