It's DOLCE nouveau, an unfiltered, unfiltered, direct-drafted sake 😆.
The name sounds sweet and delicious 💕

The sweetness and umami burst in my mouth at once, and the gasiness and bitterness also exploded, my body and brain couldn't catch up with the change 😅I couldn't help but choke 😅.
It was like a sparkler turned into the finale of a fireworks display 🤩.

It was about human skin warmed up now, so I turned it up to about hot next.
The sweetness at the beginning of the bottle is still there, but the bitterness in the second half is gone and it's even easier to drink👍.

It's a thick, sticky sweetness. I guess you could call it a full-bodied sweetness 🧐.
The sourness comes in the aftertaste and lightens the somewhat heavy sweetness 😉.

Silky gasiness, clear and light...like a can of chu-hi or 🍓-flavored soothing water, with a gentle throat sensation that is hard to believe it is 13 ℃ alu.
The strawberry drop is so similar to the strawberry drop that it reminds me of [Hyakushun Fraise] that I drank before. It feels thinner than that, but the cute sweet and sour taste lingers on the tongue 💕.
It was light and refreshing when opened, with a slight hardness, but by the 3rd day, it had blended with the oli at the bottom and ended up with a mildly sweet and tasty mouthfeel 😚.
In order to get through the year-end and New Year's holidays in good spirits, I was very enthusiastic with pork soba 🐷It was quite a lot to boil even a small amount, but 640g is indeed unreachable if you boil it up to a large serving 😱Free service!

This bottle has both freshness and maturity. Refreshing citrus flavor.

Purchased in Mino City on a trip to Gifu and had it at the hotel at night.
It declares itself fruity. The initial aroma is unique and a little unusual, as I have not had much experience with other aromas, followed by the usual fresh fruity aroma! I think most Gifu sake is a bit classical, perhaps because of the strong flavor of the food. This is good!
