Gifu Prefecture. Mino City. Kosaka Brewery Co.
Hyakushun 24BY Junmai Ginjyo Miyamanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu Direct Kumi
I had not bought many Hyakushuns before.
I had it cold.
The color is clear with a slightly pale greenish tinge.
The nose is gorgeous, mellow, and reminiscent of the sweetness of ripe fruit. The aroma is sweet like molasses.
From the first impression, it has a juicy and full mouthfeel, with a slight gassy feeling.
This is a yurt I like a lot 😋.

I was allowed to compare the drinks and this is the one I liked the best.
It has a nice sparkling taste on the first day of drinking. I like it very much because of its low acidity. ❤️
Today's sake is a very unusual sake recommended by my usual liquor store in Ibaraki City.
The label might make you think it is this year's new sake, but in fact, it was freshly squeezed last year, kept refrigerated for a year at the brewery, and bottled recently 😀 So the date of production is recent 😀.
So the production date is recent 😀.
The initial aroma is of a strong rice aroma 😀.
The mouthfeel is full of mild rice flavor 😇.
From there, it finishes with a slight sweetness and firm acidity 😇.
The store owner said that it is often bought by people who like a strong taste, but even my family who likes sweetness and flavor could enjoy it 😇.
Good morning, Yasube 😃.
I see that you dare to let the freshly pressed new sake sit for a year! I'm curious about the ones that can go with a robust flavor 😋.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😀
I actually picked it up thinking it was a new sake that had just been made, but was surprised when the store owner explained it to me later 🤣.
I would like to know how the taste has changed after a year of laying it down 😀.
The black bottle and label are cool ✨.
And who can read the "100" in Hyakushun at first sight?
Spring is pretty good too lol.
No, I'm not being stingy, yes 💦 the typeface is cool 😅
Immediately after opening the bottle, you can taste elegant fruit aroma reminiscent of melon and peach ♬.
I also feel a gentle gasiness, but the soft mouthfeel, delicate flavor, and acidity are too exquisite to drink without hesitation 🍶.
A few days later, when you open it again, the aroma is mild and the gasiness is almost gone, but the taste is more mellow and the sweetness is enhanced... No, it's really delicious 😋.
I highly recommend it to anyone who likes sweet fruity wine✨
I'll make love to you and make you happy
