It's a thick, sticky sweetness. I guess you could call it a full-bodied sweetness 🧐.
The sourness comes in the aftertaste and lightens the somewhat heavy sweetness 😉.
It felt smooth down the throat 😚.
Silky gasiness, clear and light...like a can of chu-hi or 🍓-flavored soothing water, with a gentle throat sensation that is hard to believe it is 13 ℃ alu.
The strawberry drop is so similar to the strawberry drop that it reminds me of [Hyakushun Fraise] that I drank before. It feels thinner than that, but the cute sweet and sour taste lingers on the tongue 💕.
It was light and refreshing when opened, with a slight hardness, but by the 3rd day, it had blended with the oli at the bottom and ended up with a mildly sweet and tasty mouthfeel 😚.

It declares itself fruity. The initial aroma is unique and a little unusual, as I have not had much experience with other aromas, followed by the usual fresh fruity aroma! I think most Gifu sake is a bit classical, perhaps because of the strong flavor of the food. This is good!
