A souvenir from a trip to Niigata. Purchased it because it is limited to the prefecture and tastes like white wine.
The sake shop has a nice atmosphere and the staff explained everything in detail. If I have a chance to visit Niigata, I would like to stop by again.

This is the 17th bottle of 2024.
I had seen this sake in stores but had never had it before. It was a delicious sake made by the same brewery that produces "Sagata".
