It's a repeat drink 🍶.
When I took off the outer aluminum-style lid, the plastic lid that was the stopper blew off: ‼️
The sake inside didn't overflow, but it is indeed Yudong 🤭 I love it lol.
Not too sweet and crisp ✨
Today's hot 🥵, to get through such a day.
Dumplings 🥟, or not, for the omachi strike? No, it's "Yuto" in Shimono-kuni.
It's "Yuto" in Shimonokuni, isn't it?
Yes? How is the taste of "Seme"?
Let's taste it right away, shall we?
It has a slightly sweet aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet.
But it is different from sweetness.
It is different from sweetness, and has a certain deliciousness that does not lose to garlic used for dumplings.
The feeling of being drunk slowly is good.

Good morning, Jay & Novi!
Usually Ihyakumangoku, this time Omachi, and next time
I'm looking forward to seeing what you will try next.
But I'm not sure if we will be able to secure enough sake rice this fall & if we can afford it at the current price 🫤.
I'm not sure if I can buy it at the current price 🫤.
☀️
Oyama Sake Brewery Festival🍶.
I was hungry so I bought some takoyaki🐙😋.
If I'm going to have takoyaki, I'm going to have a massive one 🍶 on the level of Kata no Sakura🌸....
So I got a Yuto 😁.
A perfect mix of Yuto-sensei's gravity and Yumachi's (likely) thickness 🔀.
It boosts the sauce and mayonnaise as well as the takoyaki🐙.
As I was relaxing while eating the takoyaki🐙 with a hunk of takoyaki, I had a new mission: ⚠️
And so much for the Oyama Sake Brewery Festival: ❗️
In J&N's world line, we've already had a toast, but that's how it goes🤗.
Jay & Nobby here too 😄.
Yes 😆 I noticed your response right away because I was sitting down with a takoyaki 🐙 and was calm.
If I had moved, my response might have been delayed....
It was the best timing: ❗️
Came back to my SIL’s house (栃木県出身) for some sake with snacks.
This is so much better!
Yuto is delicious for sipping and also great with salty senbei or fresh strawberries 🍓
Sugita Shuzo is her “neighborhood Kura”, I hope she gets more the next time she goes to Tochigi.
So happened I visit the area, so I bought this very local sake from the Shuzo. Frankly I can’t rank high for this sake, it is a more traditional type of- coming with cheese and umami feel, but too heavy and not blending very well. For Honjozo, I would expect it to be more sharp and crispy - but totally not that thing. Just for fun sake, not for serious drinking from my view.
Today it's "Yuto" from Uenokuni, I've been wanting to try it.
It is a ginjo-shu and is labeled "slightly dry".
Now, let's drink it!
Oops, before that, there is an ori!
(That's just a fact, though...)
The smell of sake, eh? Slightly dry?
Is it dry? It is easy to drink!
Is it "slightly dry"?
As the endorsement says, it is a light drinker,
It's not fruity, but it's delicious!
It is not heavy at all.
This sake makes me want to try "Nakadori" and "Haname" as well!
It makes me want to drink "Nakatori" and "Hitoshi" as well!
(But is there?).
thanks Awanoya Sake Shop (Iwaki:Taira)
Hi Bunzu-san 😃
We've only had Yuto Masamune once 😅This one looks like it's a light sake for a meal 😋 Is there a Nakadori or Yakusame? I'd like to investigate 🤗
Jay & Novi, thanks for the oban!
Yes, I recently woke up to a medium-bodied wine?
I'm a little bit excited because it was a good bottle.
Yes, I will ask the liquor store about it too.
Thank you very much for all your help 😊.
65%, 15%, white grape? It has a white grape-like aroma, and although it is a draft sake, the juiciness is moderate, and the second half is dry and refreshingly dry.
