The quality of the sake is a little light and slightly dry.
Mild fruity aroma. As you drink it, you may think it is slightly sweet. It has a gentle sweetness like white sugar or kompeito, a malted rice aroma, a light and delicate flavor with umami, and a hint of bitterness. The slight chilli raw taste is also nice.
