This is the first time I have had Fukyu-Nishiki.
I wanted to have something other than Senkou sake for the Risshun morning pressing, so I chose Fukyu-Nishiki, which is famous for its fu.
It tastes sweet and fruity, like an apple. It tastes like apple juice for adults.
It is very easy to drink and has a refreshing taste. I feel like I've learned something new about the brewery.
I would like to buy it again next time I see it.

When making sake with sake, you need to use half the amount of icing sugar compared to white liquor. The base sake was dry, so the sweetness was a little less, and the ume was both refreshing and mellow.
