☀️ I went to the Yamagata Sake Fair 🤗. It's raining unfortunately ☔️ Rain outdoors is a pain in the ass😅. First, let's start with Hanabayo. ◾️Hanabayo Clean, sweet, slightly bitter, but easily swallowed and tasty without any peculiarities. ◾️ Hanabayo Kinu Daiginjo Sweet and smooth on the tongue 😋. The sake seems to float fluffy on the tongue. It has a rich aroma and fills you up with just sake 😊. ◾️ Hanabayo Kinu Junmai Daiginjo This one is also sweet and smooth. The same fluffy tongue on the tongue. It has little fragrance, but there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste and fullness in the flavor. I could tell the difference between Junmai and Alten 🤗. Both are worthy of a beautiful sake 🥰.

I was impressed with the Miyamanishiki Hi-Kiri that I had previously tasted, so I tried the nama-shu as well. It is fruity, sweet and delicious, but a little refreshing. It also seems to have more acidity. The hi-ire version seems more cohesive, but I personally prefer the nama-zake. It tasted good when it was first opened, but on the third day, it's not so good. The bitterness is getting much stronger. I think I would prefer the more stable fire-roasted version.

I was strolling around Fukushima-related stores to buy a gift for Mother's Day and to commemorate the end of Golden Work! I found this handy cup of sake 👍. When I opened the bottle, it had a clean sweet aroma of sugar cane. The mouthfeel is smooth with a round sweetness that sinks in. The mild umami has a banana-like flavor. The pungent spiciness comes from the clear taste. It has an astringent aftertaste that comes around the time of swallowing and an easy-drinking quality that disappears without a hitch, giving it a clean, calm taste without heaviness or clinginess! It is a beautiful and calm taste with no heaviness or clinginess! Don't underestimate it as a cup of sake...! This pleasant cup of Aizu Sake was so easy to drink that it made me feel again the power of Aizu Sake 😋.
