Local Neighborhood Sake My parents got it as a golf prize. I didn't know when I lived in my hometown that Ikeda City in Osaka Prefecture and Itami City in Hyogo Prefecture were the birthplace of sake and developed Morohaku-zukuri! Ikeda Sake It has a crisp, light and dry taste, like a honjozo sake. I had it cold, but it would also be good warmed up.

Kawachinagano City, Osaka Prefecture, on the occasion of sightseeing This sake is named after "Amano-shu" which was famous as a monk's cellar sake in medieval Japan. The one we purchased is said to be sold only at a sake brewery. It is refreshingly dry, and I enjoyed it as an in-between-dinner drink. Amano is the name of a place in the western part of Kawachinagano City, and Kongoji Temple, where the monk's house sake was made, is still located there today. I went there as a tourist and was surprised to see sake being sold at the shrine office. I was also impressed to see a Bizen ware pot used for sake brewing in the monk's quarters, which is the same as the one in the photo inserted in Mr. Kinichiro Sakaguchi's book "Sake in Japan".

A gift. It has a herb-like aroma and a delicious mouthfeel. It doesn't interfere with food, so I recommend it more as a food sake than on its own: ☝️ I don't buy a bottle unless I really like it, so it took me quite a while to finish it 😆.

This is a brand new to me. The aroma has a strong sake-like flavor. The freshness and sweetness of the rice are strongly felt. The aftertaste is sharp. There is a modernity, but it is more of a classic type. Delicious.

I was attracted by the word "sweet" on the label. I was surprised to find out that this kind of wine is also classified as sweet... I thought it would go well with rice due to its firm and dark image.

Scoring☆☆☆☆ Sen no Rikyu in Osaka❣️ It seems to be recommended to be served at room temperature or lukewarm, but as a result, I prefer it cold at this time of year. Good! (ω・・・)b The aroma has a subtle rice 🌾 aroma 😆. Taste is slightly sweet but crisp and refreshing 👍 But it also has a delicious rice flavor 😋. It has a rounded aftertaste and is very comfortable to drink 🎶. I wasn't expecting it (excuse me 💦), which made it even more delicious 😆💕. Last weekend, we drove to Oga 🚗💨. Driving was my daughter (lol). It's been a long time since the accident. I was the one sitting in the passenger seat, not my partner, and I was the one praising her 🤣. We arrived at the café terrace we wanted and ordered drinks! I got a stylish shot 📸 lol

🌾Weighing: 🌾 Yamada Nishiki, etc. 🅰️15 degrees This sake brewery has made a comeback in Sakai, which used to be one of the most famous sake brewing areas in Japan. It has little umami for a junmai sake, but it is refreshing and easy to drink. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

In the mouth, it is sweet, but miscellaneous flavors come quickly. Is it the flavor of rice? It tasted like the less expensive sake I used to drink. It was not suitable for me.
