It's plum wine season 🫙.
Every year I've been looking for sake for my plum wine!
I found Uya-san's review the other day!
I was going to go to Himeji to buy some, but I didn't think I could make it in time for the ume-hunting day💦.
So, I made my first purchase!
The third one, also marked on the gummed tape 😆.
Polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol 20
I drank just a lick.
Rice! The pure rice! It is!
And oh! That's the alcohol 😆.
We make it every year and let it age for 3 years.
Let's see what it tastes like!
Thank you very much, Uyasa 🙏.

Hi HinaHanaMama 🐦.
I finally got around to buying some 😊 There's surprisingly no sake on the street that's over 20 degrees 💦.
I'm a sweet OK person! That's great to hear 😆 I want to take it with me and toast when it's ready 🥂😁.

Hello ♪
Wow! You make plum wine every year 🤩.
I'd love to be a part of that 😘.
I'm not a big fan of commercial plum liqueur, my late mother used to make it with shochu 😁 I want to drink sake ver!

Good evening Pon-chan 🌇It's always white liquor because it has to be 20 degrees alcohol or it's too much trouble 🤪.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy 🦉.
I see you've been pickling! I'm surprised it's not more than 20 degrees Celsius 🤔Last year was it brandy? I pickled them with brandy or with brandy? I pickled it with brandy and it's already brown 😁.

Good morning, Yasbay 🐥.
I usually drink my regular alcohol as soon as I buy it, but this one is not put in the fridge, so it is aging in rotation 😆 Please taste it if you have the chance 😉.

Good evening, Pon-chan😊Umeshu pickled with sake...I didn't know that! I have loved plum fruits for Umeshu since I was a little girl. My mother once found me blushing after eating them at my grandmother's house and was worried that I had a fever. I miss those days!

Hi Jive 🐦.
I was curious about the taste of junmai sake because it is rare to find junmai sake for plum wine 🤭! If you can pickle it, you can taste it 👍Gyve, it's been in the rotation for 3 years 😆.

Hi mariage 🐦.
Your mother surprised you 😆Great episode 😊I only raise the plums after a year of pickling so they don't get soggy 😁Last year the plums were so good they are too big to eat when you put them in your mouth...
