Today's sake was Moegi Usunigori by Wakamusume 😀.
This will probably be the 110th nigorinpic sake of the season 😇.
As I said, Wakamusume's light nigori is delicious 😀.
It has a firm fruity flavor with a beautiful sharpness, so it didn't interfere with the meal at all and was the perfect sake for a mid-meal drink😇.
Today, I received a very nice sake from a friend of mine who is a sake drinker🙆.
I was so happy that I took a picture of the main sake cellar for the first time in a while 😀.
Anyway, I am so happy that I am laughing while looking at the cellar🤣.
Hello, Yasbay!
Lovely spread of saké wagas ✨
And the shime is also a great lineup, it makes my eyes 😍 😁.
The moegi nigori by wakamusume is so sharp and tasty 😋.
Hi Yasbay 😃.
Three tiers is good for a full bottle. I have 2 tiers so I have less capacity 🙄 I can't help but smile when I see the drinks lined up in the cellar 🤭.
Hi, ma-ki- 😀
Actually, one of the bottles in this cellar is the one I've been wanting to welcome home for a long time but couldn't get it 🤣.
Thanks to my sakewa friends, I can just look at it and grin😇.
Hi Hiro 😀
At first I was wondering whether to go for the two-tier type or the three-tier type, but I'm glad I went for the three-tier one😇.
Having said that, I actually want to get another one, but Kaorin will scold me for sure😅.
The first day the bottle was opened and cleared without difficulty,
On the second day, the cork flew out when I shook it to make sure it would be OK!
This was my first experience with Wakasama.
When I poured it into a glass and drank it, I wondered if it had more acidity and umami than last year, as well as a sense of fizziness, of course.
Yes, it is delicious.
This year, I paired it with mainly chicken dishes.
Yes, it is delicious.
The same sake is slightly different every year, so you have to buy it every year to know what to expect,
It's hard to tell because it tastes so good.
Hi hikarudayo 🐦.
I can't believe it flies even on the second day 😳what a lively drink 😆👍It's nice to know the difference if you can drink it every year! I like to drink my favorites every year 😊

Sweet! Delicious!
This is delicious!
It has a refreshingly fruity taste.
It is a junmai sake, but it is like a ginjo-shu.
Repeat: ★★★★★
I found it at a liquor store I stopped by on a business trip, so I bought it without hesitation.
It was sweet, juicy, fizzy, and very tasty.
I finished it immediately.

What would you like next? I was asked what I would like to eat next... and I chose
Wakamusume
The next one was Wakamusume Moegi (by the glass from here on).
This is the first time to drink this!
It was also sweet and sour and fresh!
Clear, clean and delicious 😋.
It's hard to take notes when you're drinking with the company of your bosses, much less the bosses themselves (which is always the case)!
Grilled mackerel sushi, delicious 🥰.
🍶🤓
Opened with a pop. Fruity aroma ✨
Alcoholic. And just the right amount of sweetness and acidity👌.
It seems to go well with food: ✌️
Solid alcohol but easy to drink and delicious 🤗.
I was scared by the sticker that said beware of opening the bottle, but it opened surprisingly easily 😅.
However, the aroma is gorgeous and very nice.
The first sip has a clean taste with no cloying flavors. Although it is 100% Omachi, I had the impression that I did not feel much umami. I was a bit surprised.
However, from the second day onward, the umami and acidity are well balanced and mixed together to create a delicious 🍶 It remains refreshing, so I was able to drink it in large gulps 😊.
I wonder if it would have been better if I had mixed a little from the beginning? I finished it with that in mind ✨
