I had only had junsei, so I was ready for the regular Fukyu-nishiki.
It is a basic product, but it is colored. A little surprising. The color is more yellowish than yellow.
The aroma is also a scent that is laid down. Fruits in tea and tobacco. Maybe apricot? There is also a lactic acidity.
Even at room temperature. This is delicious! I drank too much because it was hard to grasp the flavor, but it has a good balance of deep earthy flavor and sweetness. The minerality at the end finishes it off.
Warm it up.
Uma-uma-uma. The minerality that was present at room temperature is gone, and the umami, nastiness, and sweetness are wonderful. It has volume, but not too much, so it is easy to pair with a meal.
It is delicious. I knew Tomikunishiki was good. This is the normal line. I think this is better than Junsei, depending on the product.
Hello, Tarou-san. Tomikunishiki is good, isn't it? Since I got it at last year's go-around, I've been wanting to take the time to drink it again to compare 😊I'll drink it when I find a junmai sake!
Alcohol 15%.
Polishing ratio 60
It is also delicious!
Shoka-fu is the fourth artistic rank out of the nine ranks of Noh Zeami.
It is said to be the artistic boundary where one has expanded one's artistic range and acquired sufficient results.
I don't know what it means, but it is delicious☆.
I opened a bottle today of the sake I liked the best out of the set of three that came with the sparkling sake at Fukugura, located at Tomikunishiki Brewery in Hyogo, which I visited the other day and took home with me 😀 I only drank a little at the time, but today I was able to enjoy it slowly and reconfirm its deliciousness.
I only drank a little at the time, but today I was able to enjoy it slowly and reconfirm its deliciousness 😇.
It has a good sense of maturity, but still has a freshness to it that makes it very smooth, but also has a nice sharpness to it 😀.
I am now a member of this brewery, which regularly sends me sake recommended by the brewer over the next year, so I have more things to look forward to 😇.
Hi Yasbaye 🐦.
I see that you are a subscriber, and I can imagine that you quite like the taste 😊 which means I like it too 🤔 I wish I had drunk it when I saw it when I was in Himeji 💦.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
Pon-chan's tastes are very similar to Kaorin's, so I think we probably hit it off 🤣.
If you went all the way to Himeji, I wish you could have tried Tomihisaiki 😇
Good evening, Yasube!
I have a hanpukai and a regular membership to a brewery! And you're a member of the hanpukai and a kuramoto subscription 😃, and you're a member of the kuramoto tours, and you're a member of the sake shop ‼️, and you've stocked up perfectly, and all you have to do is enjoy some good sake 🤗.
Although the brewery tours are a bit of a workout 😅.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀.
I am doing my best to burn calories by visiting breweries and walking around so that I can enjoy sake😇.
I'm still a beginner, so I'm currently working on getting information on how to enjoy sake😇.
It has a little bit of sweetness, but the mouthfeel is refreshing. It is like a ball of fireworks that bursts at different times. The aftertaste is sweet and slightly bitter. The aroma is faintly banana.
I'm back to sake activities with Kaorin now that the ❓sake test is safely over 😀.
Walking Tour of Temples, Shrines and Sake Breweries 9
Today, we took the Hankyu, Kobe Electric Railway, and then the Hojo Railway to the mountains of Hyogo Prefecture 😀.
Hojo Railway is a lovely train with one car running on a single track through mountains and rice paddies😇.
We got off at Hokkeguchi and walked about 5 km one way to reach Hokkezan Ichijoji Temple 😀.
After paying a proper visit, we started our way back 😇.
Just on the way back to Hokkeguchi station from the temple, there is a sake brewery called FUKU-NISHIKI.
We had lunch at Fukukura, which is attached to the sake brewery 😀.
Of course, we had the Junmai, Junmai Ginjo Autumn Sake, Junmai Daiginjo, and Sparkling Sake, and Kaorin who drank the sparkling sake was happy again, saying it was not the usual sake 😇.
I liked the Junmai Ginjo Autumn Sake so much that I carried those two bottles and a few more on my way home 😀.
Hi Yasbay 😃
Nice train 🚃 & walking under the clear autumn sky 🤗 Great sake brewery lunch that would be a great Tsumami! 5 km one way carrying a few bottles of sake in the mountains 💦 You two are a trained couple 👍.
Good morning Yasbay!
The view is lovely✨
Just looking at it makes me feel warm🍀.
But it's still 5km one way 💧Exo size is a gift ⤴️
Good food and schwarzwaffe was a good refreshment 😊.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀.
No, no...I'm not that confident of my fitness 😅.
The 2 km from the station to the brewery is flat and from there to the temple is 3 km uphill 🤣.
I wanted to bring home some good sake😇
Good evening, ma-ki-chan 😀.
Yesterday was a nice day and we were able to enjoy a bit of autumnal atmosphere 😀.
We were able to enjoy autumn with good drinks and delicious food 😇.
The leaves haven't turned red yet though 🍁.
Hi Yasubeyesan 🐦🐦.
Nice adult excursion with Kaorin in the autumn sunshine 👣🎒The brewery you were going to buy in Himeji is in the mountains 😳The sake is great, but the lunch looks delicious😻
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
Tomihisaiki is located one mountain over from Kakogawa, so it's not easy to get there.
It was packed with people for lunch😇.
Reservations are required for lunch on weekends and holidays, so please give it a try 😀.
All you can drink, drink as much as you want.
Comparison of gold and black letters on a white label
This is the third year in a row that we have had this Tomikunishiki.
It is a light sake 🍶.
Pork stew and seafood bean-curd soup arrived, and we drank slowly!
