I came to Tochigi!
The weather was bad and we had too much time on our hands, so we found this store!
I found a shop with origami! I was so excited to try it...
Dry at first, then tender...
I drank too much!
Purchased at Shimazaki Sake Brewery
This sake is made from 100% Yumesasara, a sake rice developed in Tochigi Prefecture.
It is a gem carefully crafted by bag suspension.
It is a so-called cloudy sake with a rich flavorful aroma and the sweetness of the rice can be fully appreciated.
The sharpness and sharpness of the start and the clean aftertaste make it a sake that can be enjoyed on two levels.
It is a very delicious sake, and I think it is best when paired with white fish and fruits that do not have any peculiarities.
I had it with pears after dinner and was very happy to be able to enjoy it as a sake without disturbing the natural sweetness of the pears.
Purchased as a souvenir from a trip to Nasu.
It is a very local sake made from rice grown in Tochigi prefecture called Yumesasara. It was easy to drink and refreshing.
Purchased at Cave Brewery in Karasuyama
As you can see, it's a limited edition Chuzu Tabi label!
(Only those who understand can understand it (laugh))
It has a full-bodied flavor due to the aging process, but it does not have a strong sense of maturity.
I myself am not a big fan of aged sake, but this sake is fine👌.
I think the original sake is much more refreshing. It has a nice sharpness and a slight fullness lingers on the palate afterwards.
The moment I put it in my mouth, it hit me hard. It was no lie that it was super dry. It did not disappear immediately, but lingered in the mouth for a long time. It was delicious.
I'm drinking nigori sake tonight, which is rare.
It tastes so much like sakekasu that I think it might have been mixed with dissolved sakekasu. It tastes like sakekasu.
However, when I looked at the ingredients name, there is no indication of sakekasu.
It is a dry sake with a tight taste, not bad when drunk chilled in summer.
It is not bad to drink it cooled down in summer.
The rice is 100% Yamadanishiki.
The yeast is M-310 and Ogawa yeast.
Fruity sweetness and refreshing acidity.
It has a dry aftertaste with a bitter taste.
Crisp and refreshing.
Goes well with grilled bonito and stir-fried kimchi.
