As the label suggests, it was an interesting sake with a watermelon-like aroma.
It has a moderately sweet and sour taste.
The low alcohol content of 12% makes it easy to drink and perfect for summer.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it sloshes around and is super rough.
Sake-flavored porridge ❔.
My first experience.
It is sweet and delicious! ^_^
For some reason, I picked up a bottle of aged sake that was more than five years old. It had a brownish color that was hard to believe it was sake. It had a deep flavor with no lingering aftertaste.
This is also a freshly squeezed raw sake purchased at a store in Kinugawa Onsen. ...I did it again. I don't like the aftertaste. Next time, I'll look carefully before buying. It is good for drinking while chewing on the memories of the trip. I just don't like the aftertaste.
Ugh - physical condition 🤣.
It's nicer than I thought it would be!
I spent an amazing amount of time turning it upside down! It seems like japanning increases the area exposed to the air and makes it easier to activate!
