Sake that I saved to drink at New Year's.
My wife bought it for me on a trip to Kochi with a friend.
It was flown in with me in my backpack 😂.
We are grateful to have it.
Junmai sake plump, but
dry and not heavy as only Kochi can make it.
Delicious cold or warmed.
Great for the start of the year.
Happy New Year!
My favorite sake that I saved for New Year's. Shibotan's
barrel sake from Shibotan. The pleasant aroma of the barrels spreads in your mouth.
My goal for this year is to be a diligent person.
First of all, I will do my best to wash dishes.
In Kochi, Shibobotan used to be ridiculed as being sweet, but now we are in a situation where other brands are never dry.
Many brands of sake breweries allow you to enjoy the so-called "mouth taste" that passes through the nose after the sake is put in the mouth and swallowed.

I only drink Funaka Hachisaku outside, but I think it's perfect for sharp taste! More and more sake is being made using the traditional sake yeast 😊.
Have a happy new year 🙇🙇.
Hello, Takubon-san!
Thank you for this year🤗
I'm sure the eight measures in the boat will go well with the meal 😋.
I hope to enjoy drinking more and more next year 🎵.
Have a happy new year 😊.
Thank you again this year, Pon-chan 🍶I know I've been a little slow in posting, but I'm looking forward to enjoying the sake life again next year 😊.
Have a happy new year 🍾.
Sake given to me by one of my seniors at work 🍶.
It's dry and refreshing with a fruity feeling at the end: ‼️
I think it's like a softer version of the sake.
Aged sake produced in 2023 by Shibotan, which is said to have been drunk by Ryoma. This is the first time for me to try aged sake. It is said to be an aged sake recommended by a group of professional sake dealers.
Contrary to my expectations, it was smooth and smooth to drink. It is just like water.
It comes in gently, and you wonder if it's not enough. It is a sake that comes in gently and leaves you wondering if it is not enough.
Is it dry? It is not too assertive and seems to go well with all kinds of food.
The slightly sweet, robust flavor can be enjoyed for a long time, with a crisp dryness that comes toward the end, as is typical of Kochi sake.
Although it is a junmai ginjo, the ginjo aroma is elegant and not overpowering.
It is a safe, royal Kochi sake.
It is easy to pair with sashimi, grilled dishes, simmered dishes, and everything else, and is delicious on its own as well.
I think it is a famous sake, but there are not many places where you can drink it.
The taste is soft and gentle, like a clear drop of water.
As the name suggests, it has a calm impression like gently falling rain. The rice has a strong flavor and a very clean aftertaste. This is delicious.
The sake was produced by Daisuke Ono, a voice actor, who named it after his own song "Ameon" and played it during fermentation.
