We often see glass cups, but paper cups? I don't often see glass cups, but paper cups 💦 smell dangerous just by looking at them.
The top lid is silver paper, so I don't know if some people drink it with a straw 🙄.
The taste is as dry as I imagined, and when I had it heated up to try it, the people around me were surprised at the strong alcoholic aroma 🤣.
I recommend drinking it as it is as a hiya-zake 👍
It's been 2 years since I checked my notes 😅It's a fresh junmai namaishu with a good flavor ride since it was released in 2015, it has a nice sharpness and freshness that only namaishu can have. The aroma has a melon-like flavor and it's a crisp dry sake 😋 #Yaohiro #Yaohiro Tsujido #Tsujido #Tsujido #Fujisawa
The 2nd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival⑰.
The last stop this time at the booth of Shibotan from Kochi Prefecture.
I was curious to taste it because I did not go to the Shikoku Sake at Kyocera Dome Osaka and because the brewer of Takagi Sake Brewery said at a previous Kochi Sake event that Shibotan is a honjozo, which is generally drunk by the general public.
◉Kinpoho Tsukabotan
This one is so mild and smooth that it can be drunk endlessly in everyday drinking. The brewer of the Takagi Shuzo said that when he wants a sharp taste, he drinks the Junmai Toyorei.
Niyodo River Blue
The sake has a slight astringent taste from a clear acidity with little alcohol.
Junmai Hana to Koishite
The first two bottles are very dry, with a slight astringency from the acidity. The label is not what it seems, but it is very dry.
I thought Shibotan's inexpensive everyday sakes were very good.
This time, I also drank Shirobotan, but I forgot to take a picture of it and didn't post it.
I guess it is better to go for the first day of the event, since many of the sake were sold out during the two-day period.

They say 20% koji determines 80% of the taste!
I don't know, of course, because I don't make sake, but I wonder if they chose this title because they don't talk much about koji.
The taste is light, almost like a white wine.
The bonito flakes they prepared for me were superb and went well with it!
It seems to go well with almost all fish dishes.
The aroma of white peach and lychee spreads softly, and the gentle sweetness of rice accompanies it, making it a gorgeous yet enveloping bottle. In the mouth, the soft umami spreads out, and the moderate acidity adjusts it pleasantly. The aftertaste is crisp and clean, with only the lingering aroma quietly lingering, just like the delicate "sound of rain.
This sake was produced by Daisuke Ono, a native of Sagawa Town, Kochi Prefecture. During the brewing season, he visits the brewery and paddles the tanks himself while saying, "Oishunariyo! He also fermented the mash while listening to his own song, "Ameon," which is truly a sake that is full of thought and care.
The rice is polished in a special method called "Genshaped Polishing," which gives it a clear flavor with little cloying taste. It is a gentle and easy-to-drink junmai sake that can be recommended even to those who are not familiar with sake.
