June 3, 2023 At Japanese Sake Satou in Matsuyama, Japan. I took a new employee to my favorite restaurant to drinking sake. The last and seventh drink of the day was Koei Kiku Tsukishita Muyori. It is a mellow, sweet and delicious sake, easy to drink easy to drink without feeling the alcohol content. It is easy to drink without feeling alcohol content. It is a versatile sake with a soft sweetness and acidity of cucumber and herbs and a clean aftertaste that is also very sake-like 😊. It is as delicious as the rumors say 😋😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁. La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨. I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is. Well, it's hard to buy and sells out quickly 😫 Now, this is the first Koji Sanbai Masozo-shu Nama-shu in my house. As you know, the specs are as perverted as you can imagine 🤣 it is made with Dewanosato x 66% koji ratio x 66% milled rice ratio x Kyokai No.6 yeast 🤣. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...)
