The 38th Matsu no Tsukasa sake tasting party
It's been a while, but...
We went to the Matsu-no-Mochi Koshizukai by the Matsu-no-Mochi Koshizukai and the Matsuse Sake Brewery.
The most impressive thing was the Jun Dai Ryuoh Yamadanishiki made in different soils, and we compared sakes made in the same way in four different areas. I wondered if my tongue could tell the difference, but it was completely different! It's important where the rice is grown 😳.
The light flavor of Yamanaka district is my favorite ❣️
My favorite sake at a price I can drink at home is Jungin Mizuki from Summer Sake. Low alcohol, clear taste, sweet and easy to drink.
The other kuzo who came said it tasted more robust than the last one. I would love to drink it at home 😊.
We also had one paid tasting, AZOLLA 35.
Tastes good enough to compare with the 50 ✨.
It was a meaningful time chatting with Kuuzo and his familiar liquor store and learning about water and rice from the brewer 🙏.

Good evening, Pon-chan🌛I'm very interested in Matsu-no-Masa because of the level of sake brewing rooted in the region 🤤I especially want to try AZOLLA 50 🥰It's amazing how the taste changes with the soil 😳.

Good evening, Pon-chan!
I was just talking about how I would like to try Matsu no Tsukasa, so this is a great reference for me: ✍️
Sake is such a delicate drink, the taste changes depending on the soil ✨.
I cherish each and every encounter 🤗.

Good evening, Pon-chan😄
I was wondering how much the soil changes the taste 😲. I want to experience how it changes at least once 😌.

Hi Pon-chan 😀
I had a glass of Mizuki at home last year, thanks to Kyuzo, and at that time I had the impression that there were fruits hidden in the clean water, so I guess the fruitiness is more solid this year 😇.

Hi Nao888 🐦.
I thought the difference would be so great that I honestly couldn't tell, but the difference was beyond my imagination 😳I don't know if it's better to use different lots or blend if the rice is from different soils 💦... it's very deep.

Hi ma-ki-, 🐦.
If the taste is so different depending on the soil, I had to remember the name of the district of the rice field I like and buy it 😅I guess most of them go well with food 🤔Please enjoy them with your food 😊.

Hi Hiro 🐦.
I was so enthusiastic that I had to be the first to try it because I'm sure it's a subtle difference! I was so enthusiastic about it, but I could tell the difference in the margin 🤣It's really difficult to make alcohol when you think about the soil 💦It's very deep 😌.

Hi Yasbay 🐦.
I think it was delicious even after a lot of drinking, so I think it has a strong fruitiness, sweetness, etc. as you said😊It's interesting to see the difference when you drink it every year! I want to make a lot of those ὂ.

Hi Kojo 🐦.
I like tasting events because you get to try things that you normally can't drink or that are difficult to try 😊👍.
They pour so generously that I've had to ask for just a little bit each time 😆.
