Exciting weekend: ☺️ Today is the first opening of Wakamusume🍶 from Yamaguchi😍. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was melon❓muscat❓like the Kameizumi I drank the other day... I felt like I could get drunk on the aroma before drinking it too🤣 lol Pouring it into a glass and enjoying the aroma again... taking a sip, it has a perfect balance of melon-like sweetness and umami, with a nice accent of the juiciness of the raw sake 🥂. The bitterness is low and the sharpness is also first, which I personally like 😋. It is similar to Kameizumi🐢 in taste, but while Kameizumi🐢 is a beautiful and thick melon juice, this one has a little bit of carbonation 🤩. It's dangerous ⚠️ to be able to drink it gulping it down lol. I think it's best to drink it by itself before dinner or with dessert 🍨 after dinner 👌. Day 2🗒️ Slightly more flavor ❓🤔 It was a stable taste without much change 🤤.

We met again this year... 100% Hachitan-Nishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15.5 Pon-pon-pon! Fruity aroma, chiri-chiri-chi The flavor is like young melon with soft sweetness. Fairly strong bitterness... It tastes more like the early summer than summer. Second day, not much change, less bitterness 3rd-4th day, still pung! It's so vibrant! Sweet and melon-like, with even less bitterness! My favorite here: ❣️ Compared to last year's light nigori, the sweetness is softer and lighter! Is it because it's a clear sake? 🤔 It was delicious this year too!

Purchased on the way home from a full marathon in the mountains, battered and bruised. It had been out of the fridge for a little while, so the sake temperature was about 13 degrees C. That's why the sweet ginjo aroma is complex, with hints of milk and cedar. The mouthfeel is thick and sweet, but the unique chirichiri-ness of nama-zake makes the sweetness combine well with the sweetness and the sweetness feels just right. Shintani's Wakamusume is one of my favorite brands!

The second drink at Morotsuyoshi's was Wakamusume! This is another brand I've never had before. Ruri Karakusa is the Japanese name for Nemophila 😆. It has a fresh aroma like a gorgeous green apple, a fizzy gas, and a beautiful sweetness on the palate with a silky, slightly nigorigo taste. The taste is very nice, with a sharp acidity 😍. I'm getting drunk so this is all for the record 😁.
