A fire-aged version of the Tsubame-shibana that we drank before 🍶.
It was really delicious when I drank it raw 😋.
I bought a bottle of the fire-brewed one ♡♡.
I'm looking forward to it 😆.
Gorgeous ripe melon-like aroma 🍈.
It's fire-roasted but you can feel the freshness.
It tastes both sweet and spicy.
It has a good volume of umami and is very drinkable. ☺️
It has a nice sharpness and you can drink more and more 🥰.

Here again is our family's favorite pattern of comparison, drinking nigori sake 😀.
This one is the standard nigori sake in our house, Wakamusume's light nigori, but we chose a light nigori with a cute summer label instead of the usual subdued label😇.
This sake was served at the "Yasubeyesu Kurahiraki" (8).
Following the Miyanomatsu sake, we compared the Nigori-nagashi sake.
I think I started to get drunk around here 😅.
It would be nice if we could all drink expensive alcohol at a fair price.

The description of the sake at the store said "slightly banana", but my stupid tongue couldn't understand it. But it had a dryness behind the fruity taste, which was perfect for summer vegetables!

I wanted to drink another bottle of nigori, Wakamusume. I gave up because I was too lazy to go to the store that sold it, so I was thankful to be able to drink it here 🙏.
Wakamusume Tropical Bunbun Nama Sake
The aroma is a bit bitter and a little bittersweet. It's a bit bitter, and the acidity, despite being lightly nigori, is clean, beautiful, and delicious.
Aladdin-san explained to us that the light nigori of this Wakamusume is rare, so we drank it while listening to him.

Most brands of wakamusume have a very small amount of light nigori at the beginning and then the clear sake comes out!
By the way, Bunbun is the nickname of the toji, Ms. Fumiko Shintani!

Nose: The aroma from the glass is mellow and fresh. When you put it in your mouth, you can strongly feel the matured aroma.
Taste: It has a strong sweetness. The gas is weak and not spicy enough to be noticeable, but it quickly dissipates.
Overall impression: 8 months old for a draft sake...is that why it has a strange matured aroma? I would like to try a new one.

Wakamusume Tsukigusa Special Junmai Limited Light Nigori.
The top clear aroma of the first sip from the ice-cold cellar is of banana and soft grains.
When you drink the rest of the bottle, you will feel a delicate gasiness and juicy acidity, and the sweetness and umami will catch up with the balance.
When you mix in the tailings, it becomes more silky and gives the taste a more three-dimensional impression and umami.
The umami flavor is added by the Kamisumi and the freshness, but like the Kamisumi, the latter half of the bottle has a sourness and does not have a sweet and umami dull feeling.
Personally, I think this lingering flavor makes it a well-balanced sake.
In the usual tasting of three glasses, I think I prefer the sake bowl, it is delicious.
