Nice aroma, light and sweet flavor, just the right amount of acidity, and finally a touch of bitterness.
Fresh and juicy taste with good balance.
On the second day, when the sweetness increases, it is even juicier but not clingy.
On the third day, the sweetness subsides and the umami becomes more obvious.
The first day it was lightly sweet and tasty, but as the days went by, it became more and more delicious. ❣️
From your review, I thought it might have a citrus aroma or flavor, but I couldn't tell 😅.
I broke my tooth at the end of the year and had it extracted at the beginning of the year.
I managed to bite down on one side...
I'm thankful for healthy teeth 💦.

Yamaguch's sake reminded me of Kinsuzume, Dassai, and Gangi until I tried this bottle.
I just assured that Wakamusume also reprents Yamaguch Prefecture's sake. This bottle tastes smooth and is the best for meal. The quality of sake is as great as mentioned sake brands.

It is full of the rich flavor typical of Omachi.
