When we arrived at the ☔️ station, the rain man burst in: ☔️ We no longer consider it a blessing. Now, we are going to enjoy Soba and Sake 🍶 off lunch time. Today's sake was "Wakamusume" 🍶. Pon-chan raved about this sake, so we decided to drink it when we found it! It's a very tasty nigori sake. I guess I was just starting to drink it since I had about 70% of the bottle left 🤤 It plays a nice sound 🤤. It has a chili texture and is thick and lingers on the palate. It's not too sweet, but just a hint of sweetness. Too good to be gone in seconds! This is something you have to have on hand!

It's quite a spectacular sake 🌸. When opening the bottle, the surface of the water does not come up and you can open the bottle in one go, but it has gas pressure and makes a nice sound like a shupon ❗️ It is juicy, fresh and sweet, but has a moderately bitter or crisp and sharp impression. We opened the bottle on Friday the 14th and are tasting it today, Sunday the 16th, the third day after opening.

The aroma of ethyl caproate (apple type) spreads and a fresh sweetness is felt. Despite the sweetness of the first half, the second half of the flavor is smooth and slips away. The label looks like the Kamakado Sumijiro pattern, which is nice.

There is a warning that there is carbon dioxide gas from fermentation, so be careful when opening the bottle. The anticipation is high! When you open the cork, it makes a nice sound. When you pour it into a glass, does it make a slight sizzling sound? Sake temperature is about 7 degrees Celsius. The ginjo aroma is gorgeous, but soft. Like a combination of banana and apple. The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated and acidic, making you think it is sharp, but then the soft sweetness spreads. A lingering aftertaste of slightly carbonated acidity follows. For the second sip, turn the bottle and twist the corkage around the sip. Maybe it's my imagination, but the milk sweetness is added and it's good too! Wakamusume does not disappoint! I have to work tomorrow, but I hope I can save it!

I couldn't find this one at the liquor store where I usually buy Wakamusume, so I thought it was a bad idea. Do you have pink wakamusume? I asked them if they had any pink wakamusume, and they looked for it in the back and brought it to me! I'm glad I said so 😊. Saito no Shizuku 100% Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15.5 Gorgeous aroma, piquant, sweet and fruity Slightly bitter After the next day, it becomes juicy with sweet flavor. It is very tasty both when opened and afterwards. ❣️ It is a sake that makes you feel happy and reminds you of spring 🌸. If I wanted to, I would have liked to drink light nigori 🤭.

Shin Yamaguchi 2 Next, Wakamusume Ruri Karakusa This is my first time to drink this wakamusume, but it's a classic! Ruri Karakusa = like nemophila 🧐. It's a little murky. Sweetness comes, but not too much, clear sake. Is this in the same category as the Nakashimaya I mentioned earlier? (specs and other things are totally different, but to my stupid tongue 😝) Delicious 😋. There are so many delicious sakes from Yamaguchi! Not that it matters at all, but the sourness of the gari at this restaurant is soooooo good!

I get a thrill when I read Japanese poems written by people of long ago 😳🩷. Usuka-zakura has a gorgeous aroma with cute acidity and sweetness that is perfect for this waka poem about love. It has a slightly tangy aftertaste that makes you wonder what will happen to the love that doesn't end with sweetness 🫣. I'm so excited about such waka, but I ran 5 kilometers today, so I can eat it all up without feeling guilty 😆. ¥2,057 Degree of preference ★★★★★★★★⭐︎⭐︎ 5 levels is not enough to differentiate, so from today I'm going to use 10 levels: ☺︎
