A rare sake sold only once a year. It's so precious that it's been hard to open. I finally opened it as a reward for myself. While you can feel the deliciousness of the rice It has an elegant and mellow sweetness. The sake rice is "Yumesansui" which is grown by our company. The rice polishing ratio is polished to 30%. It is expensive, but I want to buy it again this year.

Rare gift from a former director. The aroma was like rum and the taste was beautiful! The taste was elegant and clean, as one would expect from a rare item.

As a gift for passing my certification, my wife, who doesn't know much about alcohol at all (more than I do), bought this for me! She asked the owner of the liquor store to make it sweeter! I was wondering about this sake. It costs about 3,100 yen for 720ml (don't ask me the price lol). Polishing ratio 45%. The alcohol content is a little high at 17%. Well, the aroma of rice, tremendous thickening, and tremendous sweetness. And after the tremendous sweetness, you feel a little stronger alcohol. It is very easy to drink. I have been drinking a lot of Houraisen lately, but the taste is totally different depending on the type! Some I don't like at all, some I prefer... This is the real pleasure of sake. Thanks for the treat! It's my favorite registration (^^)

I wanted to try # Izakaya Shinkansen! A glass on the way back from a trip to Nagoya. Gorgeous aroma, sweetness followed by a crisp freshness. My favorite taste! Light, dry and very easy to drink. I would buy it again when I come back to Nagoya! Personal Satisfaction:★★★★☆

It is said that the sake was kept at -10℃ for half a year in the sake store. It is full of sweetness and umami, with the unique chirichiri-ness of nama-zake and a plump, round mouthfeel. My friend bought it at a convenience store. The price was 990 yen for 720ml including tax. Polishing ratio 60 The label said it was recommended to be heated, so I heated it up. Hmmm... I couldn't taste the flavor at all... It's dry, but I can't taste the umami... (I'm really sorry...) Can anyone give me a recommendation for a good hot sake?

When I was in Nagoya about ten years ago, I used to drink Houraisen. If you buy it at a supermarket, you can choose a blue one on a white background. If you want to drink it at a bar, you should buy the one with the old man's face on the white background. I guess the reason why long-established breweries are constantly challenging themselves to attract new customers is to protect their old-fashioned sake, such as Bessen and Kani. I like old-fashioned sake. It is hard to find sake that can be drunk cold or warmed up and still taste good. It must be winter, but saury and horse mackerel are delicious.
