Same specs as Sora, but a half year aged version of the raw sake.
Bought it after being told by the liquor store that it tastes better than Sora.
I don't know how it compares, but it is indeed very tasty!
A little more rounded and fruity.
Soft, sweet and delicious!
Good sharpness
Junmai Daiginjo, clear on the palate, with a hint of acidity, banana type, easy to drink! It's smooth, crisp, and cohesive.
Junmai Ginjo: Tastes different from Daiginjo, tastes like it has been open for a while, full-bodied, a hint of a sting, mmmm....
Junmai: rice-like, dry, light, not sweet, very good blackness. It is dry, light, not too sweet, blackness is very good, not too sweet, dryness that you can continue to drink without difficulty.
Life feeling enthusiasm. I first encountered this word when I was a ronin, and I love it. It was my first time to drink this sake, but the experience reminded me of the old days.
The taste is dry. The first sip didn't hit me,
But as I drank more, the taste became deeper and deeper. It would be great with a hot spring bath, this sake, and sashimi.
The first brand name. There are a lot of sakes from Aichi Prefecture these days.
I get excited about my first brand, don't I?
Maybe it's the snacks, but the taste seems to be different every time I drink it...
Are you drunk🤪?
It is expensive and tasty, but it was not the best Houraisen in my opinion.
But it is a delicious sake that you can drink easily.
I think it is one of the best 3 Houraisen.
Aroma: Aroma of rice
Mouthfeel:Amaaaaaaaayyyy
Aftertaste:Amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
I am not drunk. I just felt a huge sweetness.
