A rare sake sold only once a year. It's so precious that it's been hard to open. I finally opened it as a reward for myself. While you can feel the deliciousness of the rice It has an elegant and mellow sweetness. The sake rice is "Yumesansui" which is grown by our company. The rice polishing ratio is polished to 30%. It is expensive, but I want to buy it again this year.

Very sweet. Sweet, but in a good way, with a strong sake aftertaste. It would be fun to send it to someone who doesn't like sake!

Sophisticated mouthfeel. Refreshing and sweet, with the aroma of rice spreading in the mouth. The aftertaste is refreshing and perfectly delicious. In short, it's a masterpiece. I would like to drink it again someday if I can get it.

I was told that it is the top model of the Gin, Sora, and Māka. I sat back and drank it with its layered flavor. It is a beautiful sake with great taste. #Roman Sake Soko Atsumi
