Slightly apple aroma.
The sweet and astringent flavor of caramel, grain, and bread spread softly. However, the astringent taste disappears along with the purity of the ginjo flavor, making it easy to pair with food👍.
It goes well with eggplant dengaku!

When I visit a brewery, I always end up buying keg drafts and sold by volume (🥰).
The Houraisen Shiboritate I drank the other day was dry even though it was said to be sweet, so I bought the sweeter of the two varieties that were sold by volume, but I was a little nervous.
and it is still a little spicy, but it's a refreshingly light and dry ✨👍.
I paired it with sake meuniere and oden. It goes well with meals 🥰.

A rare sake made from Gohyakumangoku produced in Machida, Tokyo.
The brewer is Sekiya Shuzo, a well-known sake brewery in Aichi Prefecture known for its Horai-izumi.
The sake is mild and creamy at first, but leaves behind a unique aroma that I have never experienced anywhere else.
Is this aroma derived from sake rice?
As the cute packaging suggests, the overall flavor is sweet and gentle.

キレのある甘口、辛すぎない辛口✨。蔵の女将さんから「甘口」と説明されましたがなるほど関谷酒造基準かも🧐美味しいです🥰ですが、アルコール度数もなかなかだし、キレと濃厚さでガツンときます‼️
イナダのお刺身、頂いたさつまいも🍠天ぷら、イカ焼き、豆乳豆腐、などなど濃いおつまみで迎え撃ちました👍
天気も良くドライブ日和、楽しい酒蔵巡りでした🥰
