It was Sekiya Brewery's Houraisen no Sora.
We chose this sake that we had been curious about since we saw it at Sakegawa.

First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, you will be hit with sweetness and bitterness, but the sweetness is very beautiful and delicious.
The sweetness and bitterness shake your brain.
It is just definitely delicious.
As I continue drinking, I think that this sweetness is quite my favorite.
