720mlの純米酒をこよなく愛す。普段は富久錦愛飲(直接買いに行くぐらい好き)。基本家飲み。月に多くて４本ほど空ける？２０００円以下で買いたい、その値段で良いものが飲みたい。だが、ワンカップ(男山酒造の旭山動物園バージョン)も好き。過去に獺祭純米大吟醸５０の720mlを一人で一晩で空けた経験あり(アホや)。 とにかく日本酒が好きだ。 最初に飲んだのは高知の土佐深海だった…越乃寒梅やったかな？

I bought this cup of sake when I bought Shinshu the other day. The concept seems to be to serve it with ramen, but I bought some fried chicken because Daiichi Shuzo told me that it also goes well with oily food like Machichuuka. I heard it has acidity, and it certainly does, but it's spicy. The spicier the better. But it is delicious! The fat from the fried food flows off nicely. This is good, I'll buy it again.

I wandered off to buy some more today and met Mahu. It was my first time. It was labeled "Nakaguchi"... I also bought it because it was my first time to buy a sake rice called "Dewanosato". Pale yellow in color, the aroma is packed with flowers, so I'm sorry, but I can't really tell. But the first sip was very fresh and the sweetness spread out but disappeared without any aftertaste. The second sip is not so sweet and refreshing. Delicious.

I thought I was going to take a break from sake for a while, but while talking to a local sake brewer who had a stall at a local event today, I got curious and bought this hiyaoroshi. It was quite mellow when drunk chilled. The brewer recommended lukewarm heating, so I warmed it up. The spiciness stands out, but it is certainly delicious. I don't often buy local sake, but this is delicious. I can't wait to take a break from drinking.

This is a limited hiyaoroshi for the fall season. When drunk cold, it smells like cemedine and tastes like it's been alsobeared. I thought it was pure rice, so I bought it. This week seems to be bad.

I bought this Kamo Nishiki, which I haven't had in a while, because I was looking for something to drink when I went to Aeon yesterday and wanted to drink it. It says "Nama" on the bottle, so is it a draft sake? Not much aroma? It's spicy at first sip, but disappears in the aftertaste. I like this kind of sake. After drinking this, I might be busy for a while, so I can't go out to buy some.

Koshi cold oroshi, which I bought at Kanoya, a liquor store in the next city over that I usually visit. This is the second bottle of this year's cold oroshi. It has a fruity taste that spreads in the mouth and is easy to drink when cold. It is easy to drink when it is cold, but when it is at room temperature, it is sweeter. It was a good choice for me. I haven't had sake recently, so it's delicious.

I went for a drive to buy a bottle of Tomikunishiki's hiyaoroshi today. The bottle was labeled "dry," so I opened it with high expectations. When I poured it into the glass, it was pale yellow. The moment I took a sip, I felt it was very spicy. I like dry sake, so it is very tasty.

I bought this sparkler because I won it in a lottery sale at a liquor store. It is a light summer sake with 13% alcohol by volume. The aroma is...I don't have a good nose, so...? It was about the same. One sip and it's fruity-sweet with a clean aftertaste. I like it 💕. I'll drink it with care.

Midsummer Super Special Festival at Mr. Krand! One bottle of sake gacha bought for 500 yen. I bought a bottle of sake for 500 yen. It is a mellow sweet sake, but I got a bottle of Suntory sparkling wine with it, so I drank it with it. I think it's better not to mix it too much, it doesn't go well with it. It might be better to drink it as it is.

My sister was on a trip to Hokkaido from work and bought me a souvenir, Kamikawa Taisetsu Tokachi Junmai Sake, my first time. I'm so glad ☺️ I was wondering whether I should buy it by mail order and gave up because I thought the shipping cost would be too high. The taste is spicy but refreshing. It's easy to drink, as expected for sake drinkers (I think it says so on the website). This is delicious. I'm so happy 😀.

Pure blue Galaxy label arrived safely again this year. The label is always beautiful. When I poured it into a glass, it was cloudy and tasted a little yellowish. It tastes spicy and lingering. I can't remember how it tasted last year. But it's good because it tastes good.

As the name "spicy" implies, it was spicy, and it felt like it was going through your nose. This may be my first time to drink Takezumi. I'd like to buy a 720ml bottle again. It's delicious.

I went to buy it today because a test brew of the same brand as last year was released this year. The label says it is a light nigori with a fizzy taste. I chilled it well and opened the bottle. I went to Kyo Sue today and found and bought this sake for about 800 yen. The cosmetics are quite good. The color is light yellow, but the taste is sweet but disappears like water in the aftertaste. Not bad, yes. It's good to have this kind of sake once in a while.
