I finally pickled some ume wine today. I was going to go pick plums again this year, but I couldn't because they said they sprayed herbicide under the trees, so I bought some.
I always use the amount of glacial sugar between the basic form of Tomikyushiki-san's recipe and the crisp one.
I will keep it until six months from now.

Thanks for your help... I used to soak 2 bottles before (basic form and plain) but I usually buy sake normally so I don't have much time to drink it, and since the original sake got expensive, I went to 1 bottle.
I'm looking forward to the next 6 months 😊.
