720mlの純米酒をこよなく愛す。普段は富久錦愛飲(直接買いに行くぐらい好き)。基本家飲み。月に多くて4本ほど空ける?2000円以下で買いたい、その値段で良いものが飲みたい。だが、ワンカップ(男山酒造の旭山動物園バージョン)も好き。過去に獺祭純米大吟醸50の720mlを一人で一晩で空けた経験あり(アホや)。 とにかく日本酒が好きだ。 新政はあたしの人生に絡まない酒だと思ってる。

I bought it at a small liquor store in the city without a care in the world since my health checkup was over. I was worried about another bottle, so I bought this one. It has been a long time since I had a bottle of Okutanba. The bottle is a bit difficult to pour because it is printed directly on the bottle instead of on the label, and the bottle has been changed. The aroma is a little cemedine. The aroma is a little cemedine, and the taste is sharp and dry. I thought it would have a disappearing aftertaste when chilled, but after letting it sit at room temperature for a bit, the aftertaste became moderately fuller. Delicious 😋.

Mr. Krand was selling about 6 bottles for 500 yen each, so I picked one and bought it. Literary sisters. This is the first time I've had Hasegawa Shuzo. It was labeled "light and dry," and yes, it's the kind of dryness I like. I can't smell it because of my stuffy nose, but it's easy to drink, delicious. Well, I was thinking that another sake brewery was serving science brothers. I have a physical in a week. ...... hmmm

I went out yesterday to buy some and bought some Shuyoshi. The pop-up sign at the store reads "Dry". I was worried about it when I went there last week. This sake is brewed with Akita Sake Komachi rice and Hoshi yeast. The alcohol content is 16%. The aroma is subdued (a bit stuffy), and after a sip, you don't feel any acidity, but it passes down your throat with a nice vigor and spiciness. I like dry sake, so it is very tasty.

Yesterday I went to the liquor store in the next city and bought a bottle of Daisetsukei. It was my first brand. I was torn between D and this one, so I went with this one which has a higher alcohol content. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, a little yellowish and dry. It has a lingering aftertaste. I'm drinking it! It's like drinking 🍶. Delicious 🍶.

I bought a Chikuma-Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo yesterday at Aeon Liquor for about 1000 yen. It seems to be made entirely from Yamadanishiki. The alcohol content is 14 degrees. I opened the bottle, poured it into a glass, and smelled the aroma, but there was not much. It tastes sweet. When I warmed it up to lukewarm, there was not much aroma, but it tasted better than cold. It's good for warming up.

I bought this Kamotsuru cold brew junmai sake at the supermarket on the way home from my Pilates class. I really wanted to go to the liquor store in the next city, but I was afraid of snow. It was a little dry, and as the label said, it was spicy when drunk chilled. But it has a lingering aftertaste that makes you think the water is delicious. The recommended drinking style is chilled and lukewarm at room temperature, so I drank it cold for two sips and then lukewarm. It's spicy, but it tastes sweet and tasty and warms you up. It was a good way to get rid of the feeling that I hadn't had enough to drink last night.

Today I had the idea to drive out and buy a bottle of local sake, Shugetsu's Special Junmai. I saw on the shelf at the store that it had won some kind of award for lukewarm sake, so I bought it without hesitation. I immediately warmed it up to lukewarm. I didn't expect to find it when I was wandering around Kigasoo, the brewing forest. I had it under my arm the moment I found it. It was nice to meet you, so I opened the bottle. The first sip was spicy, and then the alcohol kicked in. It also has an astringent taste. Maybe this was a bad way to store it? I have never had a brewed forest before, so I am not sure. I got a bottle of Nouveau 2025 again this year. Last year's was spicy, but this year's is sweeter with a bit of bitterness. Delicious. I'll have this one tomorrow morning. I bought this Masumi at Aeon. I bought it because I saw that it can be heated. I took a sip at first. It's acidic and sweet...but not too sweet. It's good for heating up. I'm going to warm it up after this.

I found this can of Kikusui Junmai at Aeon today and bought it. It has a rich and slightly concentrated flavor. It is a little spicy with a lingering aftertaste. It's delicious and very drinkable. Oh, it's 200ml. I should have bought another can since I only bought one. I'll buy another can.

I went out today and bought a bottle of Nagurayama. I bought it after seeing a pop-up of a liquor store called Nakaguchi and wondered if I had ever had any sake from Fukushima. I realized when I got back home that I had been drinking Fukushima sake. That's how it is. I immediately opened the bottle. The aroma was cemedine, and the sweetness came with a bang when I took a sip, but it was light and easy to drink. I thought I'd try heating it up, but tonight I'll drink it hanayaka. It is delicious. It might be my last sake of the year. Next time: New Year's Eve. It's good lukewarm.

Every year I buy only Shiboritate at the New Sake Festival, but this year I also bought Nigori (nigori) sake. I opened the bottle slowly, feeling the danger before I even opened it, but it was so fizzy that it overflowed a little. It was a nice cloudy sake, and the first sip was spicy, but refreshing. I got this Junmai Shiboritate today at the new sake festival at Tomikunishiki. I was invited to a sukiyaki dinner at my parents' house and opened the bottle before it was ready. The first sip at room temperature was sweet, but the spiciness caught up with it. After the second sip, the spiciness won out. It's really delicious.
