720mlの純米酒をこよなく愛す。普段は富久錦愛飲(直接買いに行くぐらい好き)。基本家飲み。月に多くて４本ほど空ける？２０００円以下で買いたい、その値段で良いものが飲みたい。だが、ワンカップ(男山酒造の旭山動物園バージョン)も好き。過去に獺祭純米大吟醸５０の720mlを一人で一晩で空けた経験あり(アホや)。 とにかく日本酒が好きだ。 新政はあたしの人生に絡まない酒だと思ってる。

I bought this new green Harimaji today while I went to buy some raw sake for Umeshu (plum wine). Pale yellow in color, it has a strong taste in the mouth but does not stay in the mouth. Slightly dry. Easy to drink and good.

I found this mizu-hashiroshi brewed kamitaka at the supermarket I went to yesterday. When I poured it into a cup, it had a very golden color. When I chilled it and drank it, I was surprised at how strong it was. It can also be warmed up to lukewarm, so I put it in the microwave and took a sip. It's very drinkable and delicious. It's similar to the Kenrishi Nada Gogo that I drank a long time ago. It was golden in color and had a stronger taste than this one, and I think it was aged for a few years...

I took a week off from drinking and bought some Junsei Nojoho at a liquor store in a neighboring city without the guts to go to the brewery. (I really should have gone to buy sake for plum wine!) I've wanted to buy it since its release, but never came across it. I had a hard time deciding which to buy, Koshi or Nojoho. The popup said it was dry, but it was spicy with a bit of sweetness. It seems to be typical of Tomikunishiki. It's a good drink at 16 degrees, and after a day off from drinking, so it's a kiki. The sake I guessed is delicious.

I had been planning to buy some sake from the Wakamiya Sake Brewery if I had the chance. The price was reasonable, so I bought it immediately. The aroma was cemedine, and the moment I took a sip, it was spicy! The moment you take a sip, it is spicy! I prefer it when the temperature changes to room temperature. I went for a drive to Michi-no-Eki Tojo today and bought a bottle. Sake from the village of Yamada-Nishiki. It is 100% Yamada-Nishiki. The label is stylish, but the taste is firm and dry. The aftertaste is refreshing. Maybe I didn't chill it enough, but it is delicious.

I bought it at a small liquor store in the city without a care in the world since my health checkup was over. I was worried about another bottle, so I bought this one. It has been a long time since I had a bottle of Okutanba. The bottle is a bit difficult to pour because it is printed directly on the bottle instead of on the label, and the bottle has been changed. Mr. Krand was selling about 6 bottles for 500 yen each, so I picked one and bought it. Literary sisters. This is the first time I've had Hasegawa Shuzo. I went out yesterday to buy some and bought some Shuyoshi. The pop-up sign at the store reads "Dry". I was worried about it when I went there last week. This sake is brewed with Akita Sake Komachi rice and Hoshi yeast. The alcohol content is 16%. The aroma is subdued (a bit stuffy), and after a sip, you don't feel any acidity, but it passes down your throat with a nice vigor and spiciness. I like dry sake, so it is very tasty.

I was torn between D and this one, so I went with this one which has a higher alcohol content. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, a little yellowish and dry. It has a lingering aftertaste. I'm drinking it! It's like drinking 🍶. Delicious 🍶.

I bought a Chikuma-Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo yesterday at Aeon Liquor for about 1000 yen. It seems to be made entirely from Yamadanishiki. The alcohol content is 14 degrees. I opened the bottle, poured it into a glass, and smelled the aroma, but there was not much. It tastes sweet. When I warmed it up to lukewarm, there was not much aroma, but it tasted better than cold. I bought this Kamotsuru cold brew junmai sake at the supermarket on the way home from my Pilates class. I really wanted to go to the liquor store in the next city, but I was afraid of snow. It was a little dry, and as the label said, it was spicy when drunk chilled. But it has a lingering aftertaste that makes you think the water is delicious. The recommended drinking style is chilled and lukewarm at room temperature, so I drank it cold for two sips and then lukewarm. It's spicy, but it tastes sweet and tasty and warms you up.
