720mlの純米酒をこよなく愛す。普段は富久錦愛飲(直接買いに行くぐらい好き)。基本家飲み。月に多くて４本ほど空ける？２０００円以下で買いたい、その値段で良いものが飲みたい。だが、ワンカップ(男山酒造の旭山動物園バージョン)も好き。過去に獺祭純米大吟醸５０の720mlを一人で一晩で空けた経験あり(アホや)。 とにかく日本酒が好きだ。 最初に飲んだのは高知の土佐深海だった…越乃寒梅やったかな？

I bought Yuto because I saw it at X and was curious about it. It's made with Gohyakumangoku, and it's delicious with a refreshingly spicy taste. It has a slightly sweet aftertaste. It is my first time to drink this sake, but I like it very much.

The Risshun Asa Shibori, which I had reserved and waited for this year, arrived a short while ago, so I opened the bottle immediately. Today I had the idea to drive out and buy a bottle of local sake, Shugetsu's Special Junmai. I saw on the shelf at the store that it had won some kind of award for lukewarm sake, so I bought it without hesitation. I immediately warmed it up to lukewarm. The taste is dry but clean and beautiful. Delicious.

I didn't expect to find it when I was wandering around Kigasoo, the brewing forest. I had it under my arm the moment I found it. It was nice to meet you, so I opened the bottle. The first sip was spicy, and then the alcohol kicked in. It also has an astringent taste. Maybe this was a bad way to store it? I have never had a brewed forest before, so I am not sure. Well, it's not undrinkable.

I got a bottle of Nouveau 2025 again this year. Last year's was spicy, but this year's is sweeter with a bit of bitterness. Delicious. I'll have this one tomorrow morning. This is the first time I've seen this year's Nouveau from Fukunishiki 😳Fukunishiki itself is hard to find and it has a zodiac sign label! It's also a good omen to be able to drink it every year😊.

I bought this Masumi at Aeon. I bought it because I saw that it can be heated. I took a sip at first. It's acidic and sweet...but not too sweet. It's good for heating up. I'm going to warm it up after this.

I found this can of Kikusui Junmai at Aeon today and bought it. It has a rich and slightly concentrated flavor. It is a little spicy with a lingering aftertaste. It's delicious and very drinkable. Oh, it's 200ml. I should have bought another can since I only bought one. I'll buy another can.

I went out today and bought a bottle of Nagurayama. I bought it after seeing a pop-up of a liquor store called Nakaguchi and wondered if I had ever had any sake from Fukushima. I realized when I got back home that I had been drinking Fukushima sake. That's how it is. I immediately opened the bottle. The aroma was cemedine, and the sweetness came with a bang when I took a sip, but it was light and easy to drink. I thought I'd try heating it up, but tonight I'll drink it hanayaka. It is delicious. It might be my last sake of the year. Next time: New Year's Eve. It's good lukewarm.

Every year I buy only Shiboritate at the New Sake Festival, but this year I also bought Nigori (nigori) sake. I opened the bottle slowly, feeling the danger before I even opened it, but it was so fizzy that it overflowed a little. It was a nice cloudy sake, and the first sip was spicy, but refreshing. But it was refreshing. I thought nigori sake was sweet, but I was wrong.

I got this Junmai Shiboritate today at the new sake festival at Tomikunishiki. I was invited to a sukiyaki dinner at my parents' house and opened the bottle before it was ready. The first sip at room temperature was sweet, but the spiciness caught up with it. After the second sip, the spiciness won out. It's really delicious.

I bought this cup of sake when I bought Shinshu the other day. The concept seems to be to serve it with ramen, but I bought some fried chicken because Daiichi Shuzo told me that it also goes well with oily food like Machichuuka. I heard it has acidity, and it certainly does, but it's spicy. The spicier the better. But it is delicious! The fat from the fried food flows off nicely. This is good, I'll buy it again.

I wandered off to buy some more today and met Mahu. It was my first time. It was labeled "Nakaguchi"... I also bought it because it was my first time to buy a sake rice called "Dewanosato". Pale yellow in color, the aroma is packed with flowers, so I'm sorry, but I can't really tell. But the first sip was very fresh and the sweetness spread out but disappeared without any aftertaste. The second sip is not so sweet and refreshing. Delicious.

I thought I was going to take a break from sake for a while, but while talking to a local sake brewer who had a stall at a local event today, I got curious and bought this hiyaoroshi. It was quite mellow when drunk chilled. The brewer recommended lukewarm heating, so I warmed it up. The spiciness stands out, but it is certainly delicious. I don't often buy local sake, but this is delicious. I can't wait to take a break from drinking.

I bought it because it was on sale at a local supermarket and it was labeled as a limited edition Junmai sake for fall. I opened the bottle and took a sip. The first sip was spicy or sweet? It slowly became more and more robust. It's very autumnal. It is delicious.

I bought this Kamo Nishiki, which I haven't had in a while, because I was looking for something to drink when I went to Aeon yesterday and wanted to drink it. It says "Nama" on the bottle, so is it a draft sake? Not much aroma? It's spicy at first sip, but disappears in the aftertaste. I like this kind of sake. After drinking this, I might be busy for a while, so I can't go out to buy some.

Koshi cold oroshi, which I bought at Kanoya, a liquor store in the next city over that I usually visit. This is the second bottle of this year's cold oroshi. It has a fruity taste that spreads in the mouth and is easy to drink when cold. It is easy to drink when it is cold, but when it is at room temperature, it is sweeter. It was a good choice for me. I haven't had sake recently, so it's delicious.
