Koji rice 55%, Kake rice 60% polished rice
Alcohol: 13 degrees Celsius
The aroma is like white wine, and the taste is also like white wine.
It tastes sweeter and less bitter than the last one, which is more to my liking.
The 2nd to 4th day, the taste is the same and stable.
I made it again in the evening with pasta and we ate and drank it together 😋.
