This is Hiroshima's Omachi.
It is colored, isn't it?
Unlike Yamagata Masamune's Omachi, which we drank together, it was not fruity, but rather dry with a strong sake-like taste.
Maybe the difference is that it is an aged junmai.
I think it is a sake that you will never get tired of!
While going to the liquor store several times, I was curious and bought another product, but I was too curious to buy it.
I was too curious about the "blended" part.
It is easy to match with various occasions without being overbearing.
According to our research, it is a sake made from the traditional sake yeast and tastes even better when heated.
It can also be drunk cold.
Yuragi no Nagi Junmai
Slightly dry Junmai, with a tangy acidity in the aftertaste. Quite a crisp mouthfeel. Citrusy freshness like lemon. The body is quite firm, as it seems to be made from a traditional sake yeast yeast.

Greenish with a hint of green. Melon type?
Taste and texture are also firm.
Thick and tasty.
It goes well with fish tempura.
Taste degree ☆3/5
Here are the spoils of my trip to Hiroshima.
This one is also sake! It is a sake like "ah, sake!
It has no sweetness and can be classified as dry.
It is easy to drink and has a lingering aftertaste.
I'm really not good at sake reporting. I'm not very good at sake reporting,
At my usual liquor store, I bought some local sake for the first time in a long time. I bought a local sake from the same prefecture.
The brewer boldly blends only the last part of the "blended" portion of the sake when pressing the unrefined sake, using the brewer's own unique blend. It is a luxurious sake that uses a lot of pure rice daiginjo and junmai ginjo. (quoted from Fujii Sake Brewery website)
It has an aroma like apple cider vinegar, yet it is lightly effervescent and sweet and sour, yet has a firm umami flavor.
No wonder it is so popular.
