Hiroshima sake that I have never had before.
Next was Ryusei🐉.
I am ashamed to say that I had never even heard of it.
I was somehow attracted by the label, so I bought it.
It was last year's first shibori 😅.
You can't tell from the cute label, but it's quite a robust sake.
It has a sweetness, but the acidity and bitterness are a bit strong. But when paired with a meal, the overall taste is mellow.
The official website of the brewery says it goes well with Osechi cuisine, and I agree.
It is a wonder that the taste of sake changes when you eat food, as if your tongue changes.
It has a sweet aroma like ripe melon and apple with honey. In the mouth, the rich sweetness and umami are as strong as the aroma, but the acidity is strong, so the taste quickly disappears in the second half. The aroma also changes to a fresh apple flavor in the second half. It is very rich and sweet! Sweet! →Freshness in an instant! An interesting sake that changes from "dark!
Last of the day.
Hachitan Nishiki.
It has a pungent taste.
The middle part of the taste is slightly fruity with a touch of acidity.
The aftertaste is mellow.
Automatic stirring type.
It is very carbonated, crisp and tasty. Too bad I can't drink a lot because I can't burp because of this carbonation.
The aroma through the nose has a unique flavor. I wonder if it is prince melon.
It tastes like an active nigori, neither sweet, spicy nor bitter. When tasted calmly, I honestly feel that it is not much different from a fruity sake with strong carbonation. But this is fine.
The label is elaborate and looks expensive. In fact, the price is a bit high.
Likelihood of buying again 8/10
At the Inishie Sake Shop in Kitashinagawa!
I went there because they were handling Ryusei. We also drank Katsudagami!
We compared the taste of Takehara Hachitan-Nishiki. I already forgot, but the balance of taste was totally different, so please compare.
I heard that from next season, all the dry sake of Kazumi will be Hachitan-nishiki produced in Takehara.
I hope they don't use location data for location search...
