This is another sake that was included in the trial set. According to the store's description, "A sake with a natural rice flavor in perfect harmony and a floral ginjo aroma that reminds one of a mysterious moonlight. It has a smooth mouthfeel and a long lingering flavor. It is recommended to be served cold, but it is also enjoyable to savor it lukewarm. That's what he said. It was delicious.

I'm off to Toyama for a business trip memorandum ✨.
First up is a sake from Ishikawa!
Kaga-no-tsuki Full Moon 🌕 Junmai Ginjo
Sake degree +4
I was told, "If you want dry sake, I want you to try Katsikoma, but it is sold out," so I chose Hokuriku sake!
It was dry but had a mellow aroma and sweetness, but it was still refreshing 🤔.
The most popular "Gingyo" series in Toyama
We went to "Gingyo no Hanare - Gin Chirori"!
It was selected as one of the 100 best Izakaya restaurants in Toyama.
It was a great restaurant full of local sake and fish.
More to come 🍶❤️

The main purpose of my visit to this event was to report and thank my hobby sake shop for the delicious Kaga-no-tsuki nama-shu I had drunk.
◉Kaganotsuki Autumn Agari
The sake has a slightly aged feel to it. The taste is sharp and tangy, and the aftertaste is a bit too pungent. The taste is typical of Kaga no Tsuki.
I only took a side view 💦.
I really like Kaganotsuki's sake with its original sake yeast.
As is typical of daiginjo-genshu, the mouthfeel is rich and full-bodied. The rice polishing ratio is 38%, so there is little cloying taste and the flavor of the rice is concentrated.
Although the alcohol content is slightly high at 17%, the sharpness of the sake allows it to cut through the aftertaste without feeling heavy.
This is the first sake I bought on my trip to Kanazawa.
The aroma is typical of sake.
It is more classic, with umami, sweetness, light acidity, and bitterness.
Ishikawa Prefecture. Komatsu City. Kaketsu Corporation.
Kaga no Tsuki Junmai Nama Hashiroshi Nama Sake.
When I talked with the brewer at the Takashimaya Department Store in Kyoto about how impressed he was with the fire-roasted sake, he told me that they also make a made-to-order sake with the same name.
I contacted him immediately and got it.
The color is a light greenish yellow.
The aroma is mild and slightly sweet.
The mouthfeel is smooth and fine.
The sweetness of the rice is delicate and gentle, and the flavor is elegant, yet fresh and voluminous. The acidity, which is characteristic of sake yeast yeast yeast, is mellow, with a slightly nutty, dried fruitiness, giving it depth and complexity. I like it much more than I expected. I would like to repeat the taste.
The overall taste is mellow for its alcohol content, with a tangy aftertaste that is quickly quenched.
