Last weekend I was out of sake to go with oden, so I went to the local supermarket and bought a 300㎖ bottle for the sake. It has a sweet and refreshing taste. It's good at hiya, but it tastes even better when it's warmed up to human skin temperature to increase the sweetness. However, I thought it would be too clean to pair with oden. I chose this sake because I wanted to keep it light, but.... If I wanted to warm it up, I could have used a more robust Junmaishu or even Honjozo. I'm still learning💦.

On a trip to Shiga, I visited Hirai Shoten. The quaint appearance of the store and the display of products were a sight to behold. Today's bottle was the "Sake Brewer's 3003000 Year Old" (pictured left). The aroma is melon, apple, and pineapple, and the first sip is a punch. It has a mellow sweetness, but the acidity and bitterness make it crisp and refreshing. Delicious. Well, Shiga Prefecture was fun! I'm also looking forward to Kosetsu (I heard it's read as Fouche) on the right side of the photo 😄.

Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store. It was the first brand I had ever seen. It is delicious. <Initial The aroma is quite unique. It tastes like natto (fermented soybeans). It tastes like clean rice. <Middle to end There is a lingering taste.

Summer Nigorinpic 92 I enjoyed it last year, but I didn't know where I had bought it. It was a very easy-drinking sake with a low alcohol content of 13% and a strong Junmai flavor, and it was also very fruity and had a firm chirichiri-feeling characteristic of active nigori...all the keywords that we love in our house! If I see it again, I will definitely buy it again😇.

I would like to drink a variety of Omi sake from Shiga Prefecture in the future, so I started with a Sandeshi I bought at a supermarket for ease. It is a special junmai Shiga Watabunejo Rokugo (No. 6) from Asajinou (Asajinou). Hirai Shoten, the brewer of Asajyu, is located in a shopping street and is really a "store"! The exterior is a slightly pale yellow-green crystal. The aroma is sweet and mild. Aromas of ripe melon and banana. Sweet and fresh aroma of beautiful koji rice. Rice aroma like freshly pounded rice cake. The texture is smooth on the palate. At the same time as the sweetness of the rice, a very refreshing and cool acidity spreads over the tongue and into the mouth. The sweet, refreshing sake-like aroma is also very pleasing. The slight stimulation from the acidity is pleasant, and the smooth umami flavor flows through the mouth and finishes. The lingering aftertaste is mature and short. I haven't been able to get around to it, but I hope to drink a variety of Shiga sake from time to time 🍶😊.

Good evening, Pon 😃. Asakayousei was quite delicious 😊. Heiwado, the proud supermarket of Shiga, sells not only Asakayousei, but also Hagi no Dew, Kamikai, and various other Omi sake, and I thought the love for the local people was great: ☺️

A tasting on a trip to Shiga. It cost just under 1,400 yen at Friend's Mart. Asakayousei impressed us with the junmai sake we drank in February. This time it is a junmai ginjo. It is delicious. ‼️ Sake from Omi is never a miss... The balance of fruitiness, umami and sweetness.... I can't get enough of it. It scores 100 points.

I bought it before for drinking iron. It's in a pet potel so it won't break 😁. It is indeed in the middle of winter, not in the middle of summer. I love it.
