I told them I wanted something fruity, and they said they didn't have much of that, but they recommended this one to me 😊.
It has a nice aroma, acidity, sweetness and umami, and is easy to drink.
And the unique flavor of Asakayasou, or quirkiness 🤔.
It went well with the shirako ponzu vinegar. ❣️
This is my first time to try this sake, but I always forget about it because it was released early in September 😅.
I was happy to be able to drink the brand I wanted to drink!
I want to visit Hirai Shoten again!
As for the rest,
We had a freshly opened bottle of "Wataya Tokusyu Miyamanishiki"!
It has almost no aroma, a little bit of umami and acidity, and is very refreshing!
It went well with light sashimi as well as darker flavors such as amberjack.
Sanrensei Jungin Nakadori Unfiltered Nama Sake, also freshly opened!
Nice aroma, soft sweetness and umami!
It was delicious and drained off the oil from the chicken cutlet!
