Hirai Shoten, located in the Hamamotsu shopping district, which we have visited several times.
They also have a portable, sparkling, bottled muddy sake, which I haven't had for a long time!
I got this at an antenna store in Shiga!
I just happened to be passing by and couldn't resist buying a few things when I remembered Hikone a year ago✨.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was of pears and green apples.
The palate is moist, light and mineral.
The astringent taste of green apple spreads immediately and stimulates the tongue, but then a juicy sweetness also emerges from it.
While the astringent taste remains until the end, the acidity and spiciness that comes at the end of the bottle packs a powerful punch and makes it very satisfying to drink.
However, the beautiful aftertaste that disappears quickly and smoothly is a good balance and deliciousness that can be called a sunny day after a storm, and it seems to be unintentionally addictive 😋.
As I thought when I bought and drank it locally, each type has its own character on the label, which gives a sense of familiarity👍.
Along with Nishikawa financier!
Last night in Tokyo
On the way from the conference venue to Tokyo Station, I had dinner and wandered aimlessly on the way to my hotel,
Hikonyan and Myakmyak were 😳 by Nihombashi station.
It was an antenna store of Shiga, here in Shiga!
I found Pon-chan while browsing in the store 🧐.
I took it home with some sake 😊.
First of all, cheers to Pon-chan 🍻🍺 with kumquat!
Fruity and easy to drink!
I can't get enough of it after taking a bath !!!
After that, we had our first brand, Asakayousei!
It is a cup sake, but it has a light sweetness that makes it easy to drink 😋.
I was going to drink it in small sips, but it was empty in no time 🥰.
tomo, thanks for all your purchases here in Shiga 😆.
Ponchan for beer too 🤣kumquat... 🤭.
Asakayousei is rare outside of Shiga and Kyoto! You're right, it's an antenna store 😳
Good evening, Ponchan 🌟.
I'll have to buy some when I see you Ponchan 😁.
First time to try Asakayousei, it's a cup of sake but it's high quality and delicious 🥰.
3. Kumana ni kokomoru from Asakayo. The mouthfeel is a bit slippery, with a sake-like flavor and sweetness, but also some fruity, with a bitter aftertaste and a bit of acidity to enjoy. Could use a little more light acidity and freshness. MIZUKAGAMI, junmai ginjo, 60%, unfiltered, raw, about 1,900 yen, Otsuka Sake Brewery, Honmachi.
Shiga souvenir #1.
It costs about 1,000 yen at Friend's Mart.
It is not sold in Osaka.
It has a fruity taste and a slight caramel taste.
It is delicious.
It is 16 degrees and has enough body.
