『日本酒 × 美女〜私を飲みに連れてって♡〜（三輪酒造編）』でご紹介した「三輪酒造」と「白川郷」について、詳しくご紹介したいと思います。 1. 三輪酒造について 今回、動画の中で美女が飲んでいる白川郷 炭酸純米 泡にごりは、岐阜県の三輪酒造のお酒です。三輪酒造とは、どのような酒蔵なのでしょうか？ 歴史は江戸時代へさかのぼり、天保8年（1837年）創業で、180年ほどの歴史を持っています。この歴史のなかで、三輪酒造はさまざまな困難がありました。江戸時代から明治時代にかけ大火、大地震、そして大洪水など大きな災害が蔵を襲ったのです。 しかし今では、「白川郷」が日本を代表するブランドとして、アメリカやカナダなど北米をはじめ、アジア・ヨーロッパ・オーストラリアなど世界で楽しまれています。この白川郷というお酒については、下記で詳しく説明しますね。 蔵のある岐阜県の大垣市は、雨が多い場所です。長良川（ながらがわ）、揖斐川（いびがわ）などの一級河川を含めて15もの河川が通っています。町のいたる場所で湧き水がでており、古くから「名水の都」として有名な場所でした。その天然水のおかげもあって、三輪酒造のお酒がこれほどまでに人気を博しているのですね。 （出典：三輪酒造） また、三輪酒造は酒造りをしている「蔵」も建造物として歴史的な価値が認められています。三輪酒造にある「北蔵」「南蔵」の2棟は明治期の酒蔵の典型例で歴史的な街並み景観に寄与するものとして、2011年に国の登録有形文化財に認められています。 最近では、近代化が推し進められた酒蔵も多くあり、そういった現代における酒造りの現場も趣がありますが、古き良き酒蔵の様相もまた、グッとくるものがありますね。 2. 白川郷 純米活性にごりについて 白川郷 炭酸純米 泡にごりとは、どのような味わいなのでしょう。動画の中では美女が「わ〜、口の中がシュワシュワ！こんなの、はじめて、、、♡」とおいしく飲んでいるのが印象的ですよね。 やはりにごり、つまり「お米のつぶつぶ」がお酒の中に残っている状態なので、香りにも味わいにも「お米」を感じるお酒です。お米の甘さと、クリーミーさも感じることができ、何より炭酸のシュワシュワが味わいを心地よく感じさせてくれます。 ◎開け方に注意！SAKETIMES | 日本酒をもっと知りたくなるWEBメディア神雷 純米酒 じゅうさん・と (三輪酒造株式会社／広島県神石郡神石高原町) | 日本酒専門WEBメディア「SAKETIMES」

Today, too, we are drinking Gifu Prefecture's sake.
Another version of Miwa Shuzo's main brand, Shirakawa-go.
Purchased at Aeon Liquor Shop in Gifu City.
The label says to be careful when opening the bottle, but I kept it chilled so there was no problem.
The aroma is like amazake with a strong rice flavor.
The supernatant has a strong and stimulating sourness and sweetness on the palate.
The same is true when combined with the muddy sake.
I have had three kinds of Shirakawa-go so far, and they all share the same strong sense of rice. The difference is the stimulating sensation on the palate.

Today, I was going to have a drink in Chigasaki with a friend whom I would meet again after a long time, and we chose [SAKE BAR Nari].
We had it in a sealed bottle.
I was curious about this sake while looking at the white four-pack at the liquor store.
I had refrained from buying it because I was afraid that if it was too heavy like Dobrok, it would not be to my liking and I would not be able to take a second sip.
The sake was crisp and slightly sweeter than I had expected.
On the other hand, the ori of muddy sake still lingered in the mouth, so I gave it a 3-star rating for my taste 😅.
