I drank nigori sake for the first time. At first sip, I wondered what this peculiar taste was and if I could drink it, but as I proceeded to drink it, I was successfully hooked. LOL!
I guess the fermentation process is in progress, or maybe I felt a slight carbonation as if I shook Match 20 times.
Also, I found out on YouTube that there is a café au lait style where you freeze unsweetened coffee and drink it,
I'll try it next time!
After work late,
I thought I still had some buri daikon from yesterday, so I went to the supermarket to buy some sake, since the refrigerator at home is stocked with it but is too modern.
I found a short video on YouTube that showed a good, inexpensive sake that can be bought at supermarkets.
It is rich and round, with a delicious rice flavor, not too sweet, and a hard-edged impression.
It is not fruity, but rather a royal Junmai nigori sake that is very drinkable.
This is a very powerful sake and should not be underestimated 😊.
Kawanakajima nigori sake may be the same vector.

We were told to be careful about spewing when opening the bottle,
But it didn't blow out.
No fizzy feeling.
(Maybe it's because it's been so long since I bought it ( ; ))
No quirks, but a distinctive taste?
Sweet but also sharp!
I felt a slight fizz when I drank it another day.
It tastes better with the fizz.
It seems that the 25th of every month is Nigori Sake Day.
So today is all about Shirakawa-go.
My favorite Shirakawa-go and Shirakawa-go sake buns for dessert.
It has a great sense of rice.
The mouthfeel is like yogurt, but the sake taste comes later.
Delicious even when heated.
