The viscosity of the sake is very thick, and it tastes like a soda-like liquid when you put it in your mouth. It has a sweet taste with a slight sourness at the end. It is easier to drink when chilled.
Today, too, we are drinking Gifu Prefecture's sake.
Another version of Miwa Shuzo's main brand, Shirakawa-go.
Purchased at Aeon Liquor Shop in Gifu City.
The label says to be careful when opening the bottle, but I kept it chilled so there was no problem.
The aroma is like amazake with a strong rice flavor.
The supernatant has a strong and stimulating sourness and sweetness on the palate.
The same is true when combined with the muddy sake.
I have had three kinds of Shirakawa-go so far, and they all share the same strong sense of rice. The difference is the stimulating sensation on the palate.
Junmai Nigori Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 14.5
Today, I was going to have a drink in Chigasaki with a friend whom I would meet again after a long time, and we chose [SAKE BAR Nari].
We had it in a sealed bottle.
I was curious about this sake while looking at the white four-pack at the liquor store.
I had refrained from buying it because I was afraid that if it was too heavy like Dobrok, it would not be to my liking and I would not be able to take a second sip.
The sake was crisp and slightly sweeter than I had expected.
On the other hand, the ori of muddy sake still lingered in the mouth, so I gave it a 3-star rating for my taste 😅.

Today, too, we are drinking sake from Gifu Prefecture.
Shirakawa-go is the main brand of Miwa Sake Brewery in Ogaki City.
Purchased at Aeon Liquor Shop in Kakamigahara City.
The aroma is not only weak, but almost imperceptible.
The supernatant has a hint of sweetness and alcohol.
When combined with the cloudy part, the sense of rice and sweetness increases and the flavor changes at once.
.
Straight, the taste is quite strong and you can feel the alcohol.
It is very rich and thick! I feel like I can chew the nigori.
It is easy to drink and tastes better when mixed with milk or plum syrup and honey is added.
Checking in in Gifu Prefecture for the first time in a long time, Shirakawa-go purchased at a department store.
The name is Shirakawa-go, but the brewery seems to be in Ogaki, more than 100 km away lol.
It's a solid dry nigori sake.
It was a smooth and refreshing drink. 🙆♂️
I drank this sake for the first time in several years, thinking it would be as good as the menchikatsu. It was the thickest nigori sake I drank this year. I had to use a muddler at the end because it didn't mix well. I drank it on the rocks or with soda, but it was too sweet for me today.
