In the mouth, it has a slightly smooth texture with a rich and delicate sweetness that spreads on the palate ☺️✨and a nice bitterness that brings it all together 🎯It's been a while since I've had an Aizu Musume, but it's soooooo good! According to the owner, if he were to compare this sake to a woman, he would compare it to Haruna Ayase.
(There were also Kanna Hashimoto and Manami Hashimoto.)
I guess the nuance is that of a calm woman.
It has a sweet taste, but at the same time it is crisp and clear, giving the impression of being an honor student.
The taste is very nice.
Banana aroma, plump sweetness and just the right amount of classic.
I had been drinking modern types up to that point, so I enjoyed the change in taste.

The owner's favorite is the Genzai from earlier and this one. This is another light and tasty Fukushima-style dish! We have the same taste!
By the way, this homemade pickles are also delicious and highly recommended!
