This is Xmas 😂
I was curious about it so I brought it home with me along with the kudoki-niu!
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 14 degrees
Sandesi.
When loosened, the lees rises and rises like snow ❄
A light white rice aroma, a little bit of a shwashwa.
It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste, with a strong acidity.
Slightly dry with a bitter taste.
Is this really a kijoshu? It's so refreshing 😳
I left a little and drank it on the third day, but it was still very refreshing.
The sweetness has gone up a bit, but the acidity is strong and there is bitterness.
I think I should have drunk it all freshly opened 🤔.
Still, I enjoyed it with a smoked salmon sandwich 😋.

Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
I also had this one and it was delicious, and since it was a small size, Kaorin and I finished it in no time at all 😀.
As usual, Pon-chan is the one who checks the taste change over the days.

Good evening, Pon-chan.
I like the Xmas label: ⤴️
Is it a refreshing kijoshu?
I haven't had any kijoshu in a long time 🎵.
I'm sure it's easy to try Sandesi 😊.

Hi Yasbay 🐦.
I just wondered what would happen the next day 💦 I also felt that the two of you would have had a drink in no time and it would have been better to drink that day 😂.

Hi Yutaro 🐦.
I too wish they made this in four-pack bottles 😊.
It's a sandesi but it's fairly priced, so I guess no one bought it after Xmas 🤔 I was lucky to have some left 😁.

Hi chika 🐦.
I would buy a sparkling sake, even a nigori one, if it was a kijoshu 😉.
Tasake Valentine's Day label 💝It doesn't miss 👍✨.

Hi Nao888 🐦.
Sparkling🫧 of kijoshu is very rare, isn't it? And it's nigori and Sandesi is asking me to buy it for you 😆 It was more acidic than other kijoshu 🤔.

Hi ma-ki-chan🐦!
I'm a new sake drinker this time of year, and since there are a lot of nigori sake, I don't get around to kijoshu 😂I wanted to try something different, so I picked this up 😊It was on the lighter side of kijoshu 😋.
