Risshun morning squeeze from my hometown in Kyoto, purchased at Asano's in Kyoto â
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 16%.
Almost no aroma, just a little bit of a chilli.
Not much taste? Can't tell? Lightly acidic
Fresh anyway
The next day, it is fragrant and delicious with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. ❣️
Easy to drink, classic taste.
The third day, the sweetness is reduced, but the taste is still delicious and tasty.
I haven't had any Tsuki no Katsura except nigori for a long time.
I would like to try the others because they are so good.

Good evening, Pon. I love that you have two local varieties of Risshun Asa Shibori 💕I can feel spring just by looking at the picture of the bottle. I tend to put off drinking Tsuki no Katsura because I think I can drink it anytime, but it tastes so good when I drink it like this 😊.

Good evening, Ponchan 🌙
Geez, isn't that ❗️ Tsuki no Katsura 😳
I only remember drinking nigori nigori in Fushimi, but it was a good sake 🤗.
I've promised myself to make a reservation for next year to drink Risshun Asashimusubi ❤️

Good morning, Ponchan 😁.
I see you drank Risshun Asa Shibori 😊.
I've been meaning to buy one every year but haven't yet 👌.
I've been meaning to buy it every year but haven't been able to, so I'll definitely buy it next time 😊.
I'm going to drink it at Asano-san's store this year😅

Hi Peco 🐦.
Expectations? Prejudice? I got this one thinking that if it's a Risshun morning pressing, it must be good no matter which one I drink 😁I didn't know they brew fresh ones like this 😳I have to remind myself to drink some of the brands I drank in the past 😅.

Hi Hiro 🐦.
Yes, nigori is delicious, isn't it? I was just looking forward to trying it when I saw the Okura-san on a TV show in Kansai.
It's hard to keep the fridge stocked this time of year, but there are many delicious ones, so please come back next year 😊.

Hi, Ao-chan 🐦.
I've been to Asano-san and they have up to 6 different kinds of sake. I was just buying it because the one I wanted to drink hadn't arrived yet when I visited 😊👍😢I thought I only had this one bottle and then I got a tel from a liquor store in Shiga 😂.
