This is my first time to try this sake, but I always forget about it because it was released early in September 😅.

We had a freshly opened bottle of "Wataya Tokusyu Miyamanishiki"!
It has almost no aroma, a little bit of umami and acidity, and is very refreshing!
It went well with light sashimi as well as darker flavors such as amberjack.
Sanrensei Jungin Nakadori Unfiltered Nama Sake, also freshly opened!
