This is a new autumn sake from the Asakaya line. When I heard that it was freshly made in small quantities, I bought it immediately and drank it immediately. It is a fresh and dry sake. Score 80 points.
Asakayo's seasonal sake is even more flavorful and makes you feel that this is the season for it again. If you can find it, you should definitely try it.
First time in a long time at the General's restaurant.
It's an orizake of Asakayou 🍶.
They have it in a plastic bottle because it is very active 🤔.
The top aroma is a slight sweet aroma of rice.
Milky and silky rice sweetness in the mouth.
The sweetness is just right and the lees are well strained, smooth on the palate and very much to my liking 😊.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
Good morning, Matsuchiyo 😃.
Asakayousei no leeshu🍶I've never seen this one before!
So active 🫧smooth milky silky 🤤 that I put it in a plastic bottle for pressure resistance.
Absolutely love this guy! I'd love to drink it if I could find it😄
Hi Aladdin 🌞.
I didn't feel any activity because it had been open for so long, but the smoothness was the best nigori I've had this season 😊.
I guess it's not "nigori" but "lees" that gives it this smoothness.
Let's drink Shiga's sake series.
This is a Sandesi (300ml bottle) from Kosetsu (Fushe) ☃️ that I have been curious about for a while!
From the supernatant □□□.
Pale yellow-green in appearance, with a soft gas bubble 🫧 with a shrieking sound.
The aroma is sweet and fresh.
Aromas of slightly young green melon and moderately ripe banana.
Refreshing acidity that leaves a slight hint of koji and rice cake-like rice aroma.
There is a lively gas-like stimulation, a moderately rounded sweetness, and a soft acidity with a sense of tailings.
From the mid-palate, there is a sense of rice and a clean umami flavor, and a sharp finish that seems to disappear.
The lingering finish is moderate and leaves a slight bitterness.
The sake is well mixed with the tailings and served nigoridashi.
Warm greenish color, with gas bubbles rising in puffs 🫧.
The aroma is very fresh and sweet.
Melon, banana and citrus nuances.
Rice aroma like freshly pounded rice cake.
Smooth texture.
The gaseous stimulation is soft and mingled with the tailings.
The moderate rice sweetness and nigori-like acidity spread sweetly and refreshingly.
From the mid-palate, the soft umami of rice flows with a hint of bitter taste and finishes with a sharp finish.
The lingering aftertaste is medium-short and slightly bitter after the release of the bubbles.
Yes, it is a sparkling nigori sake that is not too sweet and a little dry 😊.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
I bought it at the tourist information center in Otsu station 🍶.
They have quite a lot of Omi sake, and it was cheap and looked drunken with the 3 sake tasting and drinking comparison: ☺️
It's super easy to drink and it's Sandesi, so I finished it in no time at all 😁.
Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store.
It was the first brand I had ever seen. It is delicious.
<Initial
The aroma is quite unique. It tastes like natto (fermented soybeans).
It tastes like clean rice.
<Middle to end
There is a lingering taste.
Summer Nigorinpic 92
I enjoyed it last year, but I didn't know where I had bought it.
It was a very easy-drinking sake with a low alcohol content of 13% and a strong Junmai flavor, and it was also very fruity and had a firm chirichiri-feeling characteristic of active nigori...all the keywords that we love in our house!
If I see it again, I will definitely buy it again😇.
Good morning, Yasbay 😃.
Asa Kayou's Fouchet, that's intoxicating ☺️
I don't remember how it happened at all 😅I also drank Asakayou before and wanted to try Fouchet as well!
I'd like to buy some Sandesi next time 🍶.
Hi Aladdin 😀
When I wrote that I didn't know where I bought it when I drank it last August, Aladdin told me that he had never had it but he had seen it at Hata's😇.
But I haven't seen Sandesi yet 🤣.
Hi Pon 😀
I visited the brewery once but the store was just closed and I was watching the lake snow from outside the store with my fingers in my mouth😅.
I drank it again this time and enjoyed it 😇
I would like to drink a variety of Omi sake from Shiga Prefecture in the future, so I started with a Sandeshi I bought at a supermarket for ease.
It is a special junmai Shiga Watabunejo Rokugo (No. 6) from Asajinou (Asajinou).
Hirai Shoten, the brewer of Asajyu, is located in a shopping street and is really a "store"!
The exterior is a slightly pale yellow-green crystal.
The aroma is sweet and mild.
Aromas of ripe melon and banana.
Sweet and fresh aroma of beautiful koji rice.
Rice aroma like freshly pounded rice cake.
The texture is smooth on the palate.
At the same time as the sweetness of the rice, a very refreshing and cool acidity spreads over the tongue and into the mouth.
The sweet, refreshing sake-like aroma is also very pleasing.
The slight stimulation from the acidity is pleasant, and the smooth umami flavor flows through the mouth and finishes.
The lingering aftertaste is mature and short.
I haven't been able to get around to it, but I hope to drink a variety of Shiga sake from time to time 🍶😊.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
Asakayousei was quite delicious 😊.
Heiwado, the proud supermarket of Shiga, sells not only Asakayousei, but also Hagi no Dew, Kamikai, and various other Omi sake, and I thought the love for the local people was great: ☺️
