I was watching TV and saw that it was Father's Day, so I casually told him about it and he bought it for me 🤣.
It's easy to drink with just the right amount of fizz, sweet and cider-like 👍.
It's not too cloudy and it's not too heavy, which is good in the summer. ❗️

It tastes completely different from the usual Senzuke: ❗️
It is said to be only for drinking on the rocks, but I had it as a cold sake since it is not very high at 16 degrees.
I felt Senzuke's super-harsh taste, but I don't think you could tell this was made by Izumi Shuzo without looking at the label. 💦.
Maybe if I drink it on the rocks it will be different 🙄.

The final drink of the Kochi Fair was a refreshing cup of Tosatsuru, but it was not as refreshing as the name suggests.
This sake is also as dry as I imagined it would be, and I thought it would probably be a second attempt at Tsukibotan, so I drank it in the hiya 🤣.

We often see glass cups, but paper cups? I don't often see glass cups, but paper cups 💦 smell dangerous just by looking at them.
The top lid is silver paper, so I don't know if some people drink it with a straw 🙄.
The taste is as dry as I imagined, and when I had it heated up to try it, the people around me were surprised at the strong alcoholic aroma 🤣.
I recommend drinking it as it is as a hiya-zake 👍

I went to the usual restaurant, and they were having a Kochi fair, so I decided to drink the first one I saw!
The first one was a cloudy Kurazake, which was rich, sweet and dangerous on the palate with an alcohol content of 18% to 19%, so it was pretty good afterwards 🤣.

Stopped by on the way home from the Kinkame brewery opening: ❗️
I bought a bottle of Sanrensei at Mitomiku Sake Brewery.
If it says it is sold only at the brewery, you have to buy it 🤣.
The taste is crisp and dry, and if it's cold, it's easy to drink up.
I tried it in a lentil soup, hoping for a slight change in flavor, but it mellowed and became easier to drink👍.
It's something you don't want to waste 🤣

A liquor store near my house has finally reopened and I wanted to check it out 😁.
Not much has changed inside the store, but the sake
The sake corner had been reorganized and became easier to see.
While browsing through the fridge where they keep draft sake, I found a sparkling section,
I found a bottle of Ryuriki, a cloudy sake made in April of this year, and there was no way I would not buy it 🤣.
I had to be careful not to open the bottle.
I ended up opening and closing the screw cap about 20 times and finally settled on pouring it into a glass at the right time💦.
The fresh aroma made me think of cider ❗️ and the bubbles are strong, almost as strong as champagne👍
The rice sweetness on the palate is not sweet, but the acidity in the back of the mouth adds to the refreshing sensation 🤤.
This is good in spring, but it would be good in summer too👍.

I thought they might be sold out, but they managed to find some 👍.
I've seen a lot of Jyushiyo, but this is the first time I've seen this label.
The words "Superb" raise my expectations even higher: ❗️

First of all, it is delicious 🤤.
The aroma is good, needless to say, but you can taste the moderate strength and rich rice flavor, and even if you continue drinking it, you will be under the illusion that you can drink it forever because it is so light and smooth 🤣.

I ordered Naminone.
This was also ordered at room temperature, this one was ordered hot from the start. The first sip was hiya, which was refreshing and easy to drink, but I think it would be easier to drink cold.

Anyway, I ordered the kiriboshi that caught my eye.
I thought it would be the usual samorosugi, but it was something else entirely 🙄 It was a sharp and dry sake, just like the name 🤣.
I drank about half of it and thought it could be heated up too 👍.
