I ordered it 💦.
It's a nigori of two hares, but it's dry and thick👍.
It's matte so it feels more concentrated 🤣.
It's slightly effervescent so it softens the richness ❗️
I was watching TV and saw that it was Father's Day, so I casually told him about it and he bought it for me 🤣.
It's easy to drink with just the right amount of fizz, sweet and cider-like 👍.
It's not too cloudy and it's not too heavy, which is good in the summer. ❗️
The label is quite elaborate and I can't wait to drink it up and see the bear's face.
I can't wait to drink it and see the bear's face 🤣.
I like Kameizumi so much that you can't go wrong with it👍
I heard they use Gin no Yume and AC-95: ❗️
I found the taste and aroma to be more subdued than the CEL-24 yeast I often drink. I like it 😁.
It has a light, fizzy and tingling sensation that is delicious.
It is low at 13 degrees and has a strong sweetness, but it is well balanced with the acidity and is easy to drink without being too sweet. ❗️
There are a lot of good sake from Saga 😁.
It tastes completely different from the usual Senzuke: ❗️
It is said to be only for drinking on the rocks, but I had it as a cold sake since it is not very high at 16 degrees.
I felt Senzuke's super-harsh taste, but I don't think you could tell this was made by Izumi Shuzo without looking at the label. 💦.
Maybe if I drink it on the rocks it will be different 🙄.
The final drink of the Kochi Fair was a refreshing cup of Tosatsuru, but it was not as refreshing as the name suggests.
This sake is also as dry as I imagined it would be, and I thought it would probably be a second attempt at Tsukibotan, so I drank it in the hiya 🤣.
We often see glass cups, but paper cups? I don't often see glass cups, but paper cups 💦 smell dangerous just by looking at them.
The top lid is silver paper, so I don't know if some people drink it with a straw 🙄.
The taste is as dry as I imagined, and when I had it heated up to try it, the people around me were surprised at the strong alcoholic aroma 🤣.
I recommend drinking it as it is as a hiya-zake 👍
I went to my usual restaurant.
I went to the usual restaurant, and they were having a Kochi fair, so I decided to drink the first one I saw!
The first one was a cloudy Kurazake, which was rich, sweet and dangerous on the palate with an alcohol content of 18% to 19%, so it was pretty good afterwards 🤣.
This is the first time I have seen Fuji Masamune 🎊
I have never seen it in Kobe.
It is juicy, easy to drink and very good 😁.
I hope there will be more of this kind of sake around👍
Long time no see for Kuheiji 😁.
Easy to drink with good mouthfeel due to its umami and freshness👍
I was told that they use Yamada Nishiki from Kurodasho, and as a resident of Hyogo Prefecture, I'm glad that Kuheiji-san uses it too 🤣.
I walked into my usual restaurant and saw a pink label that stood out.
It said Aisan, so I could imagine what it tasted like. ‼️
As expected, my favorite sake, easy to drink with a nice mouthfeel.
The aroma was just right and Eiko Fuji never disappoints 👍.
Stopped by on the way home from the Kinkame brewery opening: ❗️
I bought a bottle of Sanrensei at Mitomiku Sake Brewery.
If it says it is sold only at the brewery, you have to buy it 🤣.
The taste is crisp and dry, and if it's cold, it's easy to drink up.
I tried it in a lentil soup, hoping for a slight change in flavor, but it mellowed and became easier to drink👍.
It's something you don't want to waste 🤣
Speaking of Okamura Honke, Kinkame ‼️
but secretly popular is
This Asura👍
It is a low-priced yet delicious sake with a rich flavor.
It tastes similar to Shiro80 in the Kinkame series, but the secret of its popularity may be the slight tangy taste. ❤️
Hi Robin 🐦.
I've never seen this sake before 😳I'm curious to know if it would be your favorite since I love Kinkame's white 😊.
I would also like to visit Okamura Honke's brewery opening!
Second souvenir from the brewery opening.
Ai 40, my personal favorite 👍.
but 💦 this year, for some reason, it's the worst.
It feels spicier than usual.
Black 50, and the reversed feeling of the black 50 is still easy to drink, but I felt the sweetness was less than usual. ❗️
I went to Okamura Honke's brewery open house again this year👍.
I drank many kinds of sake, but the first one I bought as a souvenir this time was Black 50.
Every year it is a little spicy and refreshing, but this year it was surprisingly sweet!
This year it was surprisingly sweet!
The difference from last year was a bit surprising: ‼️
A liquor store near my house has finally reopened and I wanted to check it out 😁.
Not much has changed inside the store, but the sake
The sake corner had been reorganized and became easier to see.
While browsing through the fridge where they keep draft sake, I found a sparkling section,
I found a bottle of Ryuriki, a cloudy sake made in April of this year, and there was no way I would not buy it 🤣.
I had to be careful not to open the bottle.
I ended up opening and closing the screw cap about 20 times and finally settled on pouring it into a glass at the right time💦.
The fresh aroma made me think of cider ❗️ and the bubbles are strong, almost as strong as champagne👍
The rice sweetness on the palate is not sweet, but the acidity in the back of the mouth adds to the refreshing sensation 🤤.
This is good in spring, but it would be good in summer too👍.
They said they had put in an expensive bottle of 14yo for the anniversary so we decided to stop by 😁.
I thought they might be sold out, but they managed to find some 👍.
I've seen a lot of Jyushiyo, but this is the first time I've seen this label.
The words "Superb" raise my expectations even higher: ❗️
The taste in the mouth is as expected ‼️
First of all, it is delicious 🤤.
The aroma is good, needless to say, but you can taste the moderate strength and rich rice flavor, and even if you continue drinking it, you will be under the illusion that you can drink it forever because it is so light and smooth 🤣.
Jyushidai is always a pleasure to drink👍
Good morning, Robin 😃.
The ✨14yo letters shining in the jet black 🤩this is a blast of anticipation 😍It's already delicious! I'm sure it will be nothing short of 🥹.
Good evening Jay & Nobby, ❗️
Yes 😁I've been rubbing it in my face that just hearing the word "Jyushidai" is delicious, but I was about to say it was delicious just by looking at the superlative letters and the luxurious label 🤣.
I ordered Naminone.
This was also ordered at room temperature, this one was ordered hot from the start. The first sip was hiya, which was refreshing and easy to drink, but I think it would be easier to drink cold.
When I tried it again hot, it was a little more rounded and mellow, and the aroma wasn't too bad either 👍
I called to stop by after a petit offline meeting, but for some reason I couldn't hear the person on the other end of the line, so I gave up. The next day I was treated like a drunk caller, so I decided to pay them a visit to apologize a bit: ❗️
The fridge was out of order and everything was at room temperature 🤣.
Anyway, I ordered the kiriboshi that caught my eye.
I thought it would be the usual samorosugi, but it was something else entirely 🙄 It was a sharp and dry sake, just like the name 🤣.
I drank about half of it and thought it could be heated up too 👍.
Found some unopened sake at a petit offline meeting!
I was a little curious about this sake because of its beautiful label😃.
It's a little dry and tasty with a refreshing acidity.
I didn't try it this time but it would go well with hot sake 🍶.
