This is my first time to try Ryuriki Akitsu. It is Yamada-Nishiki, but the rice is very particular about its quality 💦. The aroma is good, and the taste is thick, but it is spicy, and since it was well chilled, it was refreshing. I have a feeling that if the temperature were a little higher, the taste would change👍.

This is my first time! Junmai Daiginjo, made from Sagahomare sake rice. It was described as slightly sweet and fruity, but in my opinion, it was almost the exact opposite 💦 I asked someone else to taste it just to be sure, but I got the opposite impression again that it was assourrious! My feeling was that it had a rich, unique flavor, relatively distinct 🙄. You drank too much and can't taste it? It didn't seem to be my favorite at this time💦.

We had the opportunity to visit the brewery opening party at Yasubeyesan's home 😁. Opening the event was "San-do no Go-no-sake" ❗️ For me, it was my first experience with both "San-do" and "Kumamoto sake" and I was very lucky 😊. Mr. Nemuchi was in charge of opening the bottle and safely opened it safely. It was a relief. Needless to say, the taste is great👍. It was very easy to drink, with a good fizziness, and the balance of sweetness and acidity was just the way I like it ✨. My first experience with a premier sake, starting with the "Sansho"... I am so grateful to Yasube and Kaorin for all their help: ❗️ Thank you for everything: 🙇‍♀️

Finally found a sake from Oita 😁. It is a brewed sake, but it has a nice aroma with no unpleasant alcohol smell. It has a nice smooth taste and is very easy to drink 💦.

I ordered a second bottle 💦 to compare. Ordered ❗️ to compare the drinks. This time it's Yamadaho, but like Aizan, it tastes different from what I imagined, this one is also refreshing and good for summer. 👍 I've only had both types of sake cold, but I have a feeling the taste will change drastically if you change the temperature 🤣.

It was a sake from Kizakura. The label gives the impression that they did a very good job. 👍 It is made with Aizan, but it is not as sweet as I imagined and has a strong refreshing taste. In my opinion, I would like a little more sweetness 😓.

Second bottle of Rakurakutsuru. It is a brewed sake with a very high degree of alcohol (19-20 💦). I bought a small bottle because I wasn't sure, but I might as well have bought a big one. The regular size was a square bottle, which is an unusual shape for sake. I think it is best to drink it on the rocks, but you can also drink it straight, but I'm afraid of the aftertaste 😁. There are similar types of sake such as ice breaker, but I think it has a clear taste in comparison. I recommend it for summer👍

Went out to eat Izushi soba with my family👍. After dinner, we stopped by a nearby sake brewery. I often visit Izushi, but this was my first time to visit this brewery. I think this is probably the only junmai I've ever had. I recommend this sake at room temperature👍. Cold sake has an overly pronounced acidity, but it can be drunk neatly. At room temperature, the sweetness is more easily felt and the overall balance is better. In addition, I drank it hot and felt the spiciness strongly, but it was very smooth. You can enjoy the change in taste with the change in temperature 😁.

I bought it because of the corkscrew👍 The sweetness is amazing, probably due to the low al. It is described as like orange juice, but it felt more like calpis 😁. In my opinion, I prefer a little less sweetness. 😊

Toyo Bijin is my favorite brand, but this is the best match for me👍. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and is refreshing to drink. I am glad it is slightly carbonated. In the end, I contributed more than half by myself🤣.

I was drinking Koi Omachi thinking it was dark Omachi again 🤣. Actually, I'm not a fan of Omachi, but I was tired from work or ❗️ wanted something darker. It is actually very thick 👍. I don't know if it's the rice or what, but it's a little sweeter and more refined than regular omachi 🙄. I was expecting it to be rougher, but the richness outweighed it 😁.

I had a bottle of spring sake in early summer 🤣. My image of Mitsui no Kotobuki is that it is rather classical and easy to drink. but this is something else 💦. I like this one, it's a little bit sweet and still has a fizziness to it. The taste is sweet, but not too sweet, and easy to drink. The aroma and taste remind me of flowers, typical of spring sake👍. Wish I had drunk it earlier 🤣.

I was watching TV and saw that it was Father's Day, so I casually told him about it and he bought it for me 🤣. It's easy to drink with just the right amount of fizz, sweet and cider-like 👍. It's not too cloudy and it's not too heavy, which is good in the summer. ❗️ The label is quite elaborate and I can't wait to drink it up and see the bear's face. I like Kameizumi so much that you can't go wrong with it👍 I heard they use Gin no Yume and AC-95: ❗️ I found the taste and aroma to be more subdued than the CEL-24 yeast I often drink. I like it 😁.

It has a light, fizzy and tingling sensation that is delicious. It is low at 13 degrees and has a strong sweetness, but it is well balanced with the acidity and is easy to drink without being too sweet. ❗️ There are a lot of good sake from Saga 😁.

It tastes completely different from the usual Senzuke: ❗️ It is said to be only for drinking on the rocks, but I had it as a cold sake since it is not very high at 16 degrees. I felt Senzuke's super-harsh taste, but I don't think you could tell this was made by Izumi Shuzo without looking at the label. 💦. Maybe if I drink it on the rocks it will be different 🙄.

The final drink of the Kochi Fair was a refreshing cup of Tosatsuru, but it was not as refreshing as the name suggests. This sake is also as dry as I imagined it would be, and I thought it would probably be a second attempt at Tsukibotan, so I drank it in the hiya 🤣.
