Hi F Zita! I'm a very happy to hear from you 🙋 .
Tsuki no Katsura by Masuda Tokubei Shoten was the first brand I thought was good! 😁.
The cloudy version of this was a yucky one that I drank through in no time and sat through in no time. 😁
Sweet and sour, cold and room temperature 313110
You can taste plenty of sweetness and umami.
You will never get tired of drinking it with its elegant taste.
It's been 3 days since I opened it.
It has the most woody aroma I've ever smelled.
Today I played around a bit and did a sake drinking contest 🍶.
In addition to the usual tasting glasses, there are three types of glasses: an Aizu lacquered glass and a Kiyomizu-yaki porcelain sake cup.
I think the Aizu lacquerware has the best aroma. Aizu is my family's roots and was purchased during a family vacation 😊.
The second most delicious is the Kiyomizu-yaki boar cup. I bought it at the Kiln Momiji Festival at Tofukuji Temple. This is my favorite because the mouthpiece is puckered and thick. It makes the taste somewhat fuller.
Risshun morning squeeze from my hometown in Kyoto, purchased at Asano's in Kyoto â
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 16%.
Almost no aroma, just a little bit of a chilli.
Not much taste? Can't tell? Lightly acidic
Fresh anyway
The next day, it is fragrant and delicious with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. ❣️
Easy to drink, classic taste.
The third day, the sweetness is reduced, but the taste is still delicious and tasty.
I haven't had any Tsuki no Katsura except nigori for a long time.
I would like to try the others because they are so good.
Good evening, Pon. I love that you have two local varieties of Risshun Asa Shibori 💕I can feel spring just by looking at the picture of the bottle. I tend to put off drinking Tsuki no Katsura because I think I can drink it anytime, but it tastes so good when I drink it like this 😊.
Good evening, Ponchan 🌙
Geez, isn't that ❗️ Tsuki no Katsura 😳
I only remember drinking nigori nigori in Fushimi, but it was a good sake 🤗.
I've promised myself to make a reservation for next year to drink Risshun Asashimusubi ❤️
Good morning, Ponchan 😁.
I see you drank Risshun Asa Shibori 😊.
I've been meaning to buy one every year but haven't yet 👌.
I've been meaning to buy it every year but haven't been able to, so I'll definitely buy it next time 😊.
I'm going to drink it at Asano-san's store this year😅
Hi Peco 🐦.
Expectations? Prejudice? I got this one thinking that if it's a Risshun morning pressing, it must be good no matter which one I drink 😁I didn't know they brew fresh ones like this 😳I have to remind myself to drink some of the brands I drank in the past 😅.
Hi Hiro 🐦.
Yes, nigori is delicious, isn't it? I was just looking forward to trying it when I saw the Okura-san on a TV show in Kansai.
It's hard to keep the fridge stocked this time of year, but there are many delicious ones, so please come back next year 😊.
Hi, Ao-chan 🐦.
I've been to Asano-san and they have up to 6 different kinds of sake. I was just buying it because the one I wanted to drink hadn't arrived yet when I visited 😊👍😢I thought I only had this one bottle and then I got a tel from a liquor store in Shiga 😂.
Hi Koizo 🐦.
I'd like to compare the Risshun morning pressed sake 😻I'd like to try the freshly pressed sake, even if I don't usually drink it because many of them are easy to drink 😁, but I'm afraid I'll get drunk 🤣.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it hits you with a thump and a snap, and you realize, "This is what rough is like. I realize that this is what rough rice is.
The rice grains are still there, there is a little bit of ori, and the last cup is the complete opposite of the roughness you have experienced so far, it is mellow and you can feel the sweetness of the rice. Maybe this is what it really is.
So please drink the last cup without throwing it away.
