This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

Shizuoka Sake Tour. Gotemba's Kinmei Ryotama Junmai Ginjo, alc.16%. When served in the refrigerator, it has a subtle cider-like aroma. The aroma does not change much in the mouth, and after the alcohol and weak acidity, the umami of rice comes easily. The aftertaste is stimulated by alcohol, but it is not an unpleasant attack, but rather a strange numbing sensation and heat. There is no significant change even when the temperature is set to room temperature. Should we wait a few days? Two days later, the alcoholic stimulation has disappeared, and the umami of the rice has become noticeably mellower. The aroma is still cider-like, so the overall impression is that it is a cross between sake and mead. This is good.

I had the impression that it was a famous sake with a harsh name and a long history, so I thought it would have a strong alcoholic taste, but no matter what, it's very easy to drink. Purchased at the Shinsaibashi Takashimaya Department Store on the recommendation of a store clerk. Rice used is unknown. The richness of the original sake can be felt. It does not have much of a nama-zake character, and is clear and clean through the throat, making it a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Because of its name, I had always assumed it was a sake from Kyoto. Another one this time. It is Takatsugawa by Fusozuru. It is from Shimane Prefecture. I saw Hiraccio-san drinking it and longed for it 🙌. First at room temperature. The color is a solid yellow.
