We had it again this year without incident 🙏. Purchased from Takatsu Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. Slightly yellow, nice aroma, chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili Sourness and umami, still hard. But it is delicious! Sweetness came out after some time! On the second day, acidity and sweetness It is well balanced and tasty. ❣️ Classic taste with acidity On the third or fourth day, the sweetness gradually subsides and the flavor becomes more and more delicious. It is still easy to drink because of its acidity. I went to pick it up on the 10th, finished it on the 15th, and posted it today 😅. Sorry to the brewer and the liquor store for making it in time for the first day of spring 💦.
