What a rare thing for our family, it was laid up for 2 years!
We went to Aruga Sake Brewery and bought this 😊.
It was very tasty. Did it become mellow after being laid to rest? It was mildly delicious!
The reason why I opened a bottle that has been sitting for 2 years is because I am going to Fukushima again next month ^_^!
I am wondering whether to go the Aruga Sake Brewery route or the Kaito Otokoyama route!
I've been sick for some reason.
I got otitis media from a cold😅
Well, it seems that this is the first brand to land in Kyushu!
The liquor store told me, "This is the first customer to buy it in Kyushu, so it's the first one! He told me!
Everything is a first 😁.
Well, the taste is gentle sweetness and bursting with flavor!
This is so good ✨👍
You should buy and drink this sake!
GW Aizu souvenir "Kisuiki Hidari-uma"!
At Aizu Shurakukan.
Slightly peachy aroma,
It is very smooth and silky.
Sourness and sharp dryness,
A refreshing bitterness runs through it.
It has a crisp, dry taste,
Light, but with a good alcohol taste,
It is delicious.
It seems to go well with a variety of meals, and you can taste the full flavor.
Yaezakura cherry blossoms and Tsurugajo castle in the daytime were also nice.

I had received a Junmai Ginjo from Ikki Sama some time ago. I had an impression that it was delicious, so I repeated it when I went back to my parents' house. I thought it was a delicious sake with a delicious taste of rice...especially the balance of subtle sweetness and umami was excellent 👏. Thank you very much for the treat 😁.
Junmai Ginjo made from 50% polished rice of Fukushima Prefecture's Yume-no-Ko (Dream Fragrance), a seasonal product of Ikusui Soma.
Fruity with a fresh peachy aroma. It has a fresh peachy aroma with a slight gassy feeling. Slight acidity and astringency.
Second of the night (theme is “Brewed with History”). 4 coins.
Very dry but with a fruity finish, if that makes sense. To me, better as an aperitif, as a stand alone without food.
Said to Craft Sake Week Exclusive.
It was raining and I had nothing to do, so I joined the Hachioji Hanamachi Sake Tour.
I think it is a good event to be able to enter stores that are difficult to see because of the lack of glass doors, or stores that are too high up for visitors to enter. The store owners seemed to have a lot of work to do.
The first restaurant we entered was, of course, a ramen shop where we could drink. I wanted to go there once, so I was glad to know the atmosphere.
