I messed up the soba this time 😭
I increased the amount of water added for the first time
before enough water is added to the buckwheat flour 💦.
The finished product looks like soba
but the result is like buckwheat noodles 😅
I change the amount of water and timing every time
I'm trying to improve it by trial and error...
I'll take it as a positive failure.
I can't wait to make the next batch, but I don't have enough buckwheat flour 😭
