I picked it up because I thought it looked like a happy label, but I didn't realize there was a sake with a "tai" in its name!
The alcohol content is low and easy to drink.
Moderate acidity, more than that, full on sweetness! But I can't help feeling that it's more like artificial sweetness than rice sweetness... It's not light, but a little heavy... I can drink it like juice, but I don't need a lot of it... And I don't think it's good with sashimi or something...
Pale pineapple-like aroma 🍍.
On the palate, a fresh mouthfeel with
of tropical fruits and apples.
Aromas of tropical fruits and apples spread 🏝️🥭✨
The beautiful acidity after the sweetness is also rich and good 🥰.
This sake is so delicious ‼︎‼︎✨
I want to pair it with carpaccio🐟🌊.
We happened to purchase a sake from Tokushima Prefecture.
As it was a rare opportunity, I prepared the sake with sauteed chicken with lemon sauce, Caesar salad, and salty cheese (blue cheese), just as it says on the label.
It is true that the sourness and sweetness of the sake were outstanding. It tasted completely different from the usual sake.
It was a strange taste, but I enjoyed it and drank it all.
The label recommended using a wine glass, so I went to Daiso to buy one.
When I poured it into the wine glass, it had a slight tartness to it and a nice aroma.
The sweetness and tartness is great.
It was berry berry delicious. ‼️
I like it so much, I'm sure I'll buy a repeat👍

Kouraku Sushi
We came to Tokushima, the place of the final game of the J-League ✈️
Local sake with local snacks.
I remember this dry and strong sake.
I remember it was served on ANA's in-flight meal 🤔.
Sashimi of flying fish
Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 15%.
The subtle aroma and color are good. It has a fruity aftertaste with a firm weight and lingering aftertaste.
It is easy to drink with a good mouthfeel and is a pleasant and intoxicating sake.
Bullet trip to Tokushima to see the Awa Odori dance.
I bought it as a souvenir.
My first impression was that it was sweet.
I wonder if it was because it was sold at room temperature?
