Recently, I've been making soba noodles with buckwheat flour from Shinshu on the weekends.
Soba noodle making 🍜!
Then I want to pair it with a Shinshu sake 😌.
I bought... a bottle of Genmai ✌️
It's a very gorgeous sake 😌.
Elegant and soft sweetness...
Deep acidity...
Slight bitterness...
Concentrated sweetness fills the mouth
The bitter acidity and the bitter taste are beautifully balanced 🤤.
The cup goes on and on and on 🤣
I'm looking forward to pairing it with Shinshu soba noodles during the holidays.
